If you liked Cakewalk, you should check out Sonar. It's made by the same people, and its basically the new and improved Cakewalk. I think they're up to version 8 of Sonar by now so it should have a lot more features and improvements over Cakewalk. I'm sure there's a demo on their site for you to download and check it out.

Mount Gulag is from FF1, they brought it back for nostalgia. Same with Mog's Theme from FF6 and the band playing Rufus's theme from FF7. They're all little covers of other games, so I omitted them. This pained me to do so as I love Mog's theme.

Don't get me wrong, its a cheeky little theme that I quite like; I just found it hard to imagine a remix of it. If somethings not on the list, you can still do it, I just think there were better songs.

Well you could always uh... look at the tracklist I conveniently put on the first page. At the top of it I mentioned I removed some of the less key tracks but you can ask to do anything if you really want. Remember you have to audition first though.

Some projects have wav/flac releases that you can convert to ogg. That's the closest you'll ever get to official OCR oggs.

At first I thought ReMixinator was a good thing that would make things easier and better for everyone. Then I realized that I now have no purpose. I'm quitting life. Where can I buy a gun?

As an FFXIII fan, I can say with all honesty - he's pretty much spot on *for the first 5 hours*. The characters are just dysfunctional but they get way more interesting - as his friend said - 20 hours in. The linear pathing also dissapears around then. If you don't enjoy the linear part - you are probably going to be sick of it within 5 hours. I don't think I'd be able to stand replaying the game for that reason, it takes far too long to kick off really. I still enjoyed the game mind, but he hit all the flaws head on. It gets better later is a pretty crap defense for a game.

If you're dying: Medic-Synergist-Saboteur is your friend. Switch to that to heal, it keeps up whatever chain you had going, buffs the party and heals their wounds. Deshell and Deprotect OWN. Against some enemies it actually has more effect then stagger in my experience.

I'm sorry to hear you don't enjoy three dimensions. I quite like having the extra one. (And the high cost is to pay for the systems, which are damn expensive compared to 2D. Dolby 3D glasses cost £15 each. Real3D ones are still about £2, but you get to keep those.)

Avatar? I only saw subtle use for depth of field - was amazing visually without gimmick for me. UP used it fairly well too - the odd silly jump out at you for no reason.

Cause it was the first good 3D rpg probably. It is a great game. I'll admit that its not head-and-shoulders above the others like some people claim, but still. Regarding the remake; the ff7 spinoffs were so so bad apart from advent children. If it's ultimately bad, big whoop I still have the original. It's like ocr in that respect .
