Yeah, 3 was a killer for me too. I bought world tour just to get a new guitar, ended up selling the actual game after I beat it in 2 days. I'm only getting Metallica for my love for the songs on it.

I dont know about Greatest Hits. I mean, I love the idea of the full band set up on older songs, but unless they pick better songs than are listed so far on the wiki page, I'll be hugely disappointed. Also, will the older songs be covers still?

Yeah I actually use all 4. One is the original xplorer with a broken whammy bar that I use on occation, one wireless les paul, one wireless GHWT, and the new xplorer. Have friends come over all the time so sorry

Right now at gamestop if you buy GH aerosmith new for 29.99, they give you a free new xplorer guitar. Its wired of course, but worth 40 bucks. I have 4 guitars now after buying that deal.

I agree with this, and I'm huge on the anti sticky camping side. I mean, if we follow that set of rules, wouldn't it be just as right to say "well, now you can't put stickies around corners in the ducts in turbine either cause that forces the same situations". I mean, yeah, the one way spawn doors, definitely enforce that, but other than that, I don't see a problem.

If you are a rock fan, and do not have Failure - Fantastic Planet in your collection, you are not worthy. They did have a semi hit with Stuck On You off that album, but in terms of quality, that song, while catchy, doesn't really represent the album at all. Its actually one of the few albums that I can listen to all the way through too and not skip a single song, and considering its a 17 track cd, that shows a lot. But I'm a huge Failure fanboy anyway.

I know how you feel about time crisis. I ended up buying time crisis 3 used with 2 guncon 2s, and crisis zone, but they wont work on my HDTV. So I have to use my shitty 25" tv in the bedroom, but damn its still fun.

Just for the record, Falling To Pieces was so much better of a single than Epic off The Real Thing.

I'm all about RE5. I know a lot of people bitch that there are no zombies, its not a horror game, blah blah blah. Just cause it doesn't have quote unquote zombies in it, there is still plenty of tense fighting etc. Plus the addition of the african native area on it made me think more of voodoo zombies than anything. And the boss battles on this are ridiculously over the top and I love it.

Worst live band ever, even worse than In Flames. Horrible stage prescence, long boring drawn out songs. Half of the floor for the show left the floor and was gone for the whole set. Cd wise, long drawn out songs. Even more boring than St. Anger. In fact, recording wise, the only thing they did that is even halfway decent is, of all things, bootleg album covers such as Master Of Puppets etc. As I've said before, the band lives up to their name, as they put your ass to sleep.

Got the game last night. Its very bland by even beat em up means. Lots of character line repeating by the enemies, just like mercenaries 2 (BEHIND THOSE BUSHES, BEHIND THOSE TREES!). It does have the novelty factor of playing as the characters though, but you start out with no moves besides punch and kick, and learn moves as you find little tokens in the first chapter and so on. I'd only recommend it for people who are obsessed with the book and movie.

zircon, I've noticed you talking about this article and everything a lot. Seriously, you seem so far up sirlin's ass its sad. Not to be dissing on you or anything, but reread some of the stuff you've posted here and on IRC. Might give you a new perspective on things. Seems like all your comments on people's opinions of it are "well, you are missing the point". I don't think thats a strong basis for discussion.

I'm in no way a tourney player, and I love the game. I don't like how he is a dickhead about his opinion though. I mean its fine to have an opinion, but don't come off as a smug asshole about it.

I played it for about a week. It was fun unless you got on one of the many instagib games, which was just railfest instagib spawn kills. Not fun at all.
