I went to a presentation recently that compared several payment services and their fees/rates, and Paypal's is ok, but mainly great if you're selling in high dollar amounts, and that requires approval from Paypal's side. The best that I saw is a library called Stripe.js, but that requires some more technical know how in order to get it working. You can definitely go a lot worse than Paypal though. It isn't the simplest of things to set up a payment service in general though - the credit card industry regulates the transactions tightly.

Looks like I'm dipping into the sweet realm of a new computer here, albeit I'm missing out on the deal. I'm pretty excited!

I delete the gdoc with all of the addresses and the PMs with the addresses after SS concludes each year, so yes. I do not keep the addresses mainly because that'd be weird as heck, but also each year the people's addresses change and it's too much trouble to try to verify it for 30+ people.

So it's that time of the year again - Secret Santa! So PM me your names & addresses to me before the 22nd to qualify for this - I will be sorting things out on turkey day so people can get an idea what to get before the ominous Black Friday. Some great things have been gotten for people in the past, so I hope that tradition continues this year! I should also mention, this does not mean you have to purchase a gift, so don't feel pressured. Creative free things can be meaningful as well. Alright, so I got replays disabled for now. I won't be on tonight I believe (if so, it might not be until like 11 pm EST). I also have plans on getting an event server sometime - it will probably be in the next couple of months, I'll keep you all posted there .

WillRock pointed me to the criteria here since he has a dilemma on his hands, and I took a look at it - that second criterion is near impossible. There are 0 songs on OCR that satisfy that criterion for reference - that's an incredible hole, and I would think it isn't for lack of trying. I can't even find a game that would satisfy it.

I do, and I have to say that I goofed up big time when it came to having things properly ready for Maverick Rising. There's good reason for things taking a while, just be patient.

I suspect that replays might be causing the server to crash - I might disable them tomorrow. I'm not quite sure why they're causing such an issue.

Power metal instrumentals! Blind Guardian - Beyond the Ice Angra - Gate XII (this track has no guitars if I remember right, but the song is from an otherwise top notch power metal album heh) Nightwish - Moondance I'm a guy for active music in general though, and if it's uplifting, even better, so some of the tracks I've listed might not necessarily be the type for everyone else for working. I might add some vgm/remix suggestions in another post.

So everyone should play more regularly! We've had some good full/near full servers these past few nights.
