Haven't checked TigerDirect's offerings, but I'm not really impressed by Newegg's deals for the most part.
-
I already grabbed it yesterday - it was on my to-buy list after playing it that much and enjoying it greatly, so the sale was a nice coincidence .
-
I know this was posted in the Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed thread, but the game itself is on sale on Steam for a few more hours for $15 - it's a steal! Glad Stevo pointed others and me to it - had a blast playing it some with zircon, Jill, and Arrowned a few weeks ago. Steam also currently has an indie game sale going on until Mar. 29th: http://store.steampowered.com/sale/indie_spring2013 .

Oh wow, an SMRPG album! Looking forward to it!

You're only 26? I thought you were older than me, jeez. 28 here and loving the single life!

With a quick Google search, I found this for gaming laptop recommendations: http://www.pcworld.com/article/260274/top_five_gaming_laptops_reviewed.html

Fit Club ahoy! Where men are bros and women are also bros!

Pssh that's it? I couldn't walk last night unassisted after napping after my marathon yesterday - now that's a leg workout! Meanwhile some of my friends were talking about ultramarathons after . -
I should mention, if you're able to work quick & quality, I want you on board - pick your source asap if so! Some of the people who have claimed tracks are uncertain of being able to complete them, so while they are marked, I'm willing to replace claims.

Sometimes watching someone play through the game reduces the stress of having to go through the less desirable gameplay elements such as grinding in an RPG. Also, sometimes people just want to see a particular part of a game over again without having to play up to that point. At least, that's when I have used LPs - I only watched a few, and often briefly (one for nostalgia reasons, and another just to hear the music).

For running shoes - getting a gait analysis one at a running store is very useful for having them recommend an appropriate shoe, especially if you have a lot of pronation when you walk/run where getting a shoe that stresses stability is important. Make sure to know your proper shoe size as well - have it measured too! Getting a running shoe a half a size larger than your regular shoe size is appropriate. I also should mention that whenever you buy a new pair of running shoes, you have to break them in. For example, it took a 15 mile run for me to break in my current pair (which I have used for about 2 months) - it doesn't need to be something that long, but just some food for thought. -
So after a long period of silence, I have got to mention that one track opened up recently - I Won't Forget. If there is anyone who has an active interest in a particular source and can deliver in a relatively short time (I'm talking 6 months), contact me asap!

It's okay, we'll just get our samples from the trailer video for the project

I do chin ups all the time, but my time for the past month and a half or so has been quickly trying to prepare myself for the pain of this Saturday (marathon #2 ). -

Sounds like a ploy to try to get kamikaze to sing . I've been gone this weekend (the past 4 days & nights actually) for drill unfortunately...but I'll be on tonight for some good ol' TF2! -

Alright thanks! -
Sorry for not posting an update in a while - I'm looking to get this wrapped up as soon as possible, so it will see a release this year. I kinda have to given that something is likely to happen in my life, so I need to wrap everything up as soon as possible. Should be seeing more finished tracks soon though.

Actually, a bunch of people planned on leaving before me! Seeing that, I just thought it was a good time for me to sleep (plus I was tired). -
[3DS] Fire Emblem: Awakening - Feb 4th! Demo on Jan 14!

Aeronaut told me about how useful pairings are...and holy crap does it make things easier (and easier to build supports) - wish I knew about this earlier . Also I missed Laurent apparently because you have to visit the closest town with Chrom . -

I got my copy on Thursday and I've been playing quite a lot of it - pretty happy with it so far, although the game feels a bit rough at times, even on Normal. I abused leveling in that DLC level Champions of Yore I quite a bit to offset the roughness. I'm only on Chapter 12 or 13 atm (the one where the Valmians invade). -

I would dispute some of what was said - most people have a problem of eating way too much period. For most, calorie intake is the primary problem, not the breakdown. Also it should be mentioned that while it is true that the body can break down fat into energy, it is *not* equivalent to carbs, in particular glucose. It does not get stored as glycogen, which is the body's ready reserve energy, so if you ever plan on doing intense aerobic exercise, a huge amount of fat is a terrible thing. It is why most athletes and even more casual exercisers like runners intake a lot of carbs from sources like pasta or bagels - it is also why any energy source during workouts such as Gatorade, gels, etc. are primarily carb-based. It is also more strenuous for the body to break down fat into energy than it is carbs. Not to say that fat in itself is bad - some fat is good for the body. There's a lot of more recent misinformation/myths about carbs/protein/fats that has been circulating around though. It's up to you to figure out the right balance with respect to how strenuous your exercises are. -
Happy birthday!

OCR02214 - Rad Racer II "Fire in the TIres"
Bahamut replied to djpretzel's topic in ReMix Reviews & Comments
I had this game as a kid! This mix brings back memories...I remember that game being hard. A little short, but that's alright. I think the mixing could be a little better here, but that's minor. I think I'm just happy that someone decided to cover songs from my childhood, and Stevo did a good job here. -
Sorry about derailing the thread with that question - I just don't want to install Origin is all. I don't really have particular concerns with Origin except that it's a separate program for EA-only titles.

Isn't this an Origin only title? I don't want to install Origin...
