I'm actually ok with Vanille - didn't like Hope at first, but he got better later on. I just got up to Gran Pulse today too - game turns really open at this point of the game, and despite being fine with the streamlined linearization beforehand, I'm absolutely loving this freeroaming and completing marks. So far my biggest complaint with the game is that when the game switches up your party members, you lose all of your Paradigms, even if you switch back to the original party - couldn't have they figured out a way to preserve them? The fact this is my biggest complaint so far speaks volumes for the game I think - it's incredibly well done, and might be one of my favorite FFs, although I'll have to complete it to be sure.

Sounds like you'll be fine - honestly, just arrange it how you feel like it, and we'll see that it comes out fine. If there's problems, we can comment then - I just don't want to restrict you too much here initially.

WIPs are meant to just be able to see progress, and how you intend on going with stuff - they can be however you want them to be. People often have multiple WIPs throughout the span of their progress of varying lengths and varying amount of development. Just as long as each WIP progresses nicely from the last one, that should be enough. Unless you like to do incremental WIPs of a smaller degree but more often, that works too.

Oh jeez, sorry about forgetting to mention you there Ergosonic - those who have not heard his DoD stuff should go grab his DoD stuff - very excited here .

Ironically, none of those are claimed currently on the project.

My problem with FFX was the battles actually - it got so tedious swapping people in so everyone would get exp, so when I got up to Mt. Gagazet, it just broke me and I just wanted to get done with the game asap.
