Well, I admit it sounds pretty rough, but here's where I was coming from: :08 - :10 from sample sounds like a similar chord progression as :31 - :33 in concert :19 - :28 sounds like he's trying to play the main theme, which is :09 - :15 (focus on the first 4 notes he plays in the sample) Oh well, best I could come up with

Seconded, I was a lurker for years before joining the site and have only recently began to "contribute" musically. I can definitely say, though, that this has been a huge catalyst in my music deveopment - starting with (modest attempts at) remixing, but now moving on to other parts of my life. Thanks, DJP

Oh man, don't get me started on this game. I used to play competatively on JO, really good times. I'd love to join you guys, but I no longer have internet on my home desktop . [/shameless plug] I actually enjoyed this one better than DF2 or Jedi Knight 3. No concussion rifle on this one, though - it returns in Jedi Knight 3 if I remember right.

Yeah, I usually export wavs from FL Studio then use Soundforge to encode it since FL doesn't let you use Variable Bit Rate (I have no idea why).

Well, put it in a folder that is mapped in the browser window (or map a new one if you want in options), create a soundfont channel and drag the .sf2 file to the newly created channel button.

What are the rules for remixers voting on this one?

Well, if I had $200 to burn on a new phone I'd probably get the Upstage. Of course, I'm biased because I work at Sprint. I personally own the Samsung A900, and have put plenty of screensavers and ring tones I've made on it using online uploaders. So, as far as I know, they haven't locked out that ability.
