  2. I've lost my project file. Stupid reaper Dunno whether to open the track or try to recreate what I had going. Its a shame, was quite excited about it D:
  3. Dude, something to let you know is that zircon post this in the GRMRB thread: and the result... Moral: hyping yourself up WORKS (even if its zircon)
  4. From one brit to another, Happy Birthday! Make sure you carry on outputting your crazy chippy jazzy musik
  5. I wouldn't say that its influenced my taste in music, but its most certainly influenced my own style of music that I make.
  6. And... my track is Done! going to send it off tomorrow probably, good luck to everyone who enters
  7. My brain is going to explode from doing too much but i'm entering this. Guess what track i'm doing. I DOUBLE DARE YOU. (and no neblix don't bother since you already know) Btw Zircon, I might as well say this here, you are far and away one of the most productive people i've ever been in contact with.
  8. Hmm... I MIGHT be able to do this, but i'd seriously need to find the time. The GRMRB took up alot of time which I might not have this time around. double post, probably will get merged but whatever. My three chosen tracks are: 1st choice: Slash Beast Stage (Military Train) 2nd Choice: The Skiver / Spiral Pegacion Stage 3rd Choice: Izzy Glow / Shining Hotarunicus Stage
  9. Not interested in being on the album (dunno if you'd have had me anyway) but I do wish you luck, games got good soundtrack
  10. This. There are other reasons tho. Some people do it because its a good way of getting your music out to the world because remixes are easier to find than originals that don't get the promotion. For me, I do it to bring new life to tunes that didn't have the equipment needed to realise their full potential as works of art.
  11. I started remixing before I found out about ocr so the site didn't get me started. However it has inspired my growth as an artist, and i've found myself strongly influenced by people such as Sixto Sounds, Zircon, McVaffe and bLiNd, who have really helped form my style of remixing. I've particularly found Subterranean Kamikaze (Sixto Sounds, Zircon) Monstrous Turtles (Zircon) and Space Ace (bLiNd) to really have helped inspire my own music on multiple occasions. I think it should also be noted that the first remix I downloaded off the site was Zircon's Clash at the Mountains, which inspired me to re-tackle Tal Tal Heights and the result became my first ocremix
  12. That melody is actually a really ripped off one, i've heard it in so many different songs, journey used it as well, and there are alot of VERY similar variations to it everywhere in popular music (tina turner - simply the best had a very similar melody in the chorus)
  13. I'll have a finished track for you in a few days
  14. I've found if you play people stuff from games you know they have played in the past, they are bound to take more notice, i've done this on a few occasions with very positive results. Not much point in playing Mega Man remixes if the people you are playing them for haven't played mega man
  15. Well damn. I FOUND this song in my search for it and I can't find a way of hearing it. I figured whats the chance of it being a song I can't stream on the internet so I left it alone. Bahahahahaha can't believe I found it all along, and I still haven't been able to play it. Next Challenge Thanks Jabond, you sir, are awesome
  16. Nah its not helloween and its definitely not scorpions, the singer in scorpions sounds completely different. I'm completely stumped here because I can't put a thought on who the band might be and putting lyrics I can hear properly brings me to articles on how to seduce people. Stupid google. This makes me think that the song (and maybe the band) are only going to be known to the most die hard of classic metal fans... I'm not sure what to think really... the guitar work and riffs and in a small way, the vocals makes me think of skid row but its not them from what i've looked into, unless its a B side or something. I might go over to metal archives and try and find out there. Thanks for the help so far guys
  17. Who is Ke$ha and why should I give a crap. No, seriously, artists just seem to come out of fucking nowhere these days. I didn't know or give a crap who Justin Bieber was until like a month ago, and now I see his face and hear his music EVERYWHERE. This seems to be another example of that. Also, in response to the music.... BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.
  18. So I heard this on a digital radio station but they didn't say what it was. I recorded a section on it on a rerun and tried to find it via lyrics which I could decipher, with no luck. Anyway, anyone that listens to classic heavy metal heard this before? http://www.tindeck.com/listen/lnfg
  19. Nope, still not fixed, you've been using it at least an extra 5 years.

  20. your about me section is out of date. You've been using FL for at least 10 years :P
