  1. i feel starla on xenogears and earthbound - very thought provoking games - i would find my self pondering the events of both xenogears: the hero having to take up arms to protect, and the whole allusion to religion earthbound: poo and going through his training, the importance of friends and how good natured people are and what makes them bad but star ocean 3 was pretty heavy - when they dropped the bomb i had to open up my level of thinking
  2. a tape - what a great format - a medium that degrades everytime you play it - but analog surely has a sound and feeling all of it's own tape is expensive but you don't need a 24track reel for a master honestly, i wouldn't mind doing it all for anything that is not heavily electronic - it's coming back in a big way - but i would want to do some reading before i jumped into it
  3. wow doug! - not what i was expecting to hear at all lots of variety - very progressive - creative use of the synths - production is def sounding slick i think my favorite parts are the very tasty bass arpeggiations little bit of piano was great - need more of that only thing that sounded weird was the cacophony at 1:48 between the piano and organ
  4. i didn't realize this was up http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYxwYMS6t3s and this one's for alexis http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h7v9DGJ0vzo&feature=related

  7. i'll keep you in mind dude - but this is for only those who contributed to the project - it's special way of everyone coming together for the big finale
  8. jade, our choir will be massive - the number is actually at 6 atm. but the people who have told me they are tracking as follows: aeroz, nrich, abadoss, level99, prophet, maestrodeclure, avaris, mazedude, wiesty, hybound, audix, longebane, and of course you and jordan. Other potentials are bustatunez, my friend who just joined on the rydia track, disa (oa's wife), kidd cabbage, yodaisbetter, and maybe connor's younger cousin. if i had to give a deadline I would say march. the track should come together mid feb. but i'll prob be takin choir stuff later just to get everyone in there.

  19. wes - i got em all - i made it a thing to stretch and do like 25 battles or so a day with the monsters that drop them - it helped make it more bearable - i had them in about a month - it's nice because you get to keep them in your next play through
  20. ha - you gotta step it up next year! remember if ya wear a white a shirt make sure you don't have a shirt with stripes underneath - but it's all good doug - gives ya a little more charm and i loved jordan rocking out the pajamas - and with jade too! ha - it was pretty hardcore - i don't think anyone could do it better - and i try heh
  21. making an all-encompassing ocr slot on the main stage, where remixers can bring their arrangements in front ot a live audience, isn't a bad idea - but just imagine the logistics of it there would really have to be a lot of planning and a lot interest to where it would work - and the site would have to condone it obviously but if everyone who's at mag just planned to do one song - got it together beforehand and did it well - it would be pretty spectacular and def a highlight
  22. uh oh - what have i started - even ferret - ha dustin - we're sticking to the celtic thing - idk about sax - but you can be sure that we'll be doing some jamming come next year brad - have to agree, it was pretty close - turn the suck off next time and we'll see xD
