  1. Can you be more specific? I don't want to upload a bunch of songs in vain I have a song on tindeck that you can use. Just an old song inspired by VVVVVV http://tindeck.com/listen/gobw
  2. I have been busy with school and all that for some time now & this is my first "complete" wip in quite a while. I still do looping music mostly (vg purposes, and cause I like it), this is one of them. I'm looking for some feedback on this song, but most of all, enjoy Please tell me what you imagine/feel when listening this song, I'm very interested to hear about it!
  3. I got my acoustic guitar not too long ago, broke the high e string after a week or so but I had to get a capo anyway so I just bought new strings and the capo while I was at the music store. Right now I'm trying to learn descendant of shinobi (cause I love Final Fantasy). Learning to play songs that I love is mostly why I got the guitar, and maybe use for my own songs later on
  4. Gonna try this refining technique, well I usually do delete/change the parts I don't like anyway, but no mercy this time!
  5. I don't think you pick an avatar completely by random, so it does have something to do with the person in question. I like anime btw.
  6. I have ordered a guitar and this guy is my inspiration: http://www.youtube.com/user/lonlonjp When I get my guitar I am going to practice playing vg songs, mostly Final Fantasy. Just having fun y'know
  7. I have always liked Touhou music, so I will def' be looking forward to this. I do think the Touhou songs sound similar, but it's from the same series so I don't really mind.
  8. Cervantes Theme I have always loved Soul Blade. When I was little I even crafted some of the weapons with wood (with a lot of help from my father). I just think this theme fits Cervantes so well and it syncs when you start the fight. I can even hear the announcer in my head, and who can forget his combo Δ+Δ+Δ Maybe a little off-topic but I also made a pvp video with a cover of the song. The footage is from Aion open beta EU.
  9. Fat queens aren't easily impressed by two men fencing to flamenco music.
  10. Actually, at the pre-concert of Distant Worlds II in Stockholm, David Westerlund held a lecture called: "From Blip-Blop to Art music" You can check out his website here: http://www.davidwesterlund.com/ Some info on the lecture: (can also be seen on his site) As the title implies, this lecture investigates the historical development of videogame music, from using primitive sound chips to being performed by orchestras in concerthalls. The first half of the lecture focuses on the history and technological innovations, and the latter focuses on videogame music as a genre today. The lecture was originally ordered by the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, where it was first performed on Ocktober 27, 2009. It has since been performed in different venues, perhaps most notably the Stockholm Concerthall on June 12, 2010. The lecture is available in both Swedish and English (David has a teachers degree in English). Good luck with your paper
  11. Same here, I feel that my library is lacking in leads and bass sounds so I'm hoping it can fill that gap.
  12. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqx8tAdID9w&hd=1 One of my favourite anime openings.
  13. It is indeed a great track, although, I don't have anything to relate it to.
  14. There will never be too many remixes of this beautiful and relaxing song.
  15. I am downloading the demo right now, it will be finished tomorrow. Will report back when I have tried it.
  16. Music from Legend of Mana (wonderful). I generally like remixes of memes, such as this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iUAn_dHMnbs and I love this one
  17. Haha well yeah that's pretty much what I did. I noticed that it's not a problem if I don't use too many of it. Around 8 seems to be my computers limit.
  18. It's too short, but I still push the replay over and over. Come on finish it
