-DJP, the FAQ, right here.I guess I misread that one. I guess not too many remixes with 2+ games are out there, most different games might be hard to mix like that. They'd have to be similar in style, or from the same series to really make it work. ... or someone could prove me wrong? I've heard some medleys of wildly different songs from different series that work just fine, for example. It just takes some ingenuity and thought on the part of the remixer.

It's cool, Rellik. I might have a slight bias, anyway. This track is still good, though, on any level.

I like the mix too, but I couldn't just leave this here without objecting - have you even heard some of his other work?! It's all a matter of opinion.

We could probably still fit you in somewhere, y'know. But this is truly some of Dave's best work yet, so I can't argue there.

Err, "remastering" just means he's going back and adjusting volume levels and equalization for optimum sound quality.

Nope, I'd say with the release of 1500, we're looking at probably early October. Notice I said "probably": We'll have to see how far off Project Chaos is, as well as getting the rest of this project done within that time before I can make any truly solid estimates. In other words, get ready remixers: We may be at crunch time sooner than you think. Also, congratulations to djpretzel and OCR for making it to yet another milestone. Thanks for allowing us to play a small part in it, Dave.

Yes, SnappleMan's Doomsday track is the last song, but that's only a tiny part of what is holding things up. As he said a few pages ago, Snapple is planning on going back through all of the tracks and remastering them. There's also most likely some finishing touches being put on the artwork and final website, not to mention bonus content integration, ID3 tags, making up the torrent, garnering more mirrors if necessary, along with whatever else. There's a lot more to a (good) project than just plopping the songs on some webspace. Oh, and DJP has to release remix #1500 onto OCR first, which should be within the week.

Most likely not. Project Chaos won't be released until AFTER 1500. Most likely at least several days after, if not more.

Wily shows up in X4 or 5, I think. The first 3 games really don't divulge too much of the storyline compared to those two.

Just saw that. If Myth feels like reworking it, we'll use the new one. Otherwise we'll leave the current version in place as is.

SnappleMan took over as head coordinator, and that old project thread was buried in controversy and arguments: This new thread was a fresh start. Hock: You should be watching for OCR1500 first, because this isn't coming out until after that one.

The first one's not eligible and the second one is already given an automatic spot, so you might want to choose 2 others.
