XD I do hear the bass, but I think it sounds fine ;P Yea, I'm not sure if that's what they meant by emptiness, but what you've basically done was upgrade the instruments of the track. Nothing else has been added to spice it up, but I think that's okay if you're actually doing a cover. Still, how about some brass, more drums articulations, a bit of variation in the melody on the second part?

I remember I was testing the bouzouki instrument I downloaded, but then I kept listening to this part a hundred times and got tired of it ;P Thirded , it's so disney! It's in my playlist now.

Oi! O_o It sounds quite overcompressed and I can barely hear the notes the choirs are hitting, but man, this gives me chills! Phantasmic work, Mr. K! Would be even better if you could use some more parts of the source, so it doesn't get too repetitive after some point. Definitely downloading this!

WOOOO, fantastic beginning!! \@@@/ Yessss, I'm don't have any problem with its volume, but I don't like the synth that starts the melody. It's a nice choice, but it could use of some spicy effects to keep the croaky-croc atmosphere going, like echoes and/or something else. It sounds pretty dull (and loud) the way it is now. Also, fill that soundscape with something else after the first melody line, add some more dynamics to it! Try not to repeat the same melody over and over again, or try to make some changes to it without making it lose its character as the track goes. I like the break where guitar plays, by the way. Cool!
