  1. Fucking sucks. I grew up listening to George Carlin
  2. God damn, and here I thought you were older than me. Happy birthday, bro!
  3. Thanks! My hair just kinda does this on its own. A little bit of hairspray or gel gets it to go backwards a la Sonic the Hedgehog. Someone in the Post Pictures of Yourself thread in Off Topic was saying I should play what's-his-face from No More Heroes if they ever turn it into a movie, hahaha.
  4. Oh, I guess you can add me to the first page now. I downloaded TF2, soooooo... In-game name is Beatdrop. Steam ID is Beatdrop. Hooray.
  5. Yeah, I just saw the e-mail from Frank's mailing list. Awesome shit. Glad he's getting some recent recognition. Wish I could go :\
  6. Hmmm... I might have to download TF2. I've got it on 360, but I think I'd rather play it on Steam.
  7. http://digg.com/world_news/The_Anti_Counterfeiting_Trade_Agreement_ACTA_2 Ummmmmmmmmmmmm... Has anyone heard of this tremendous heap of bullshit? It this thing for real? EDIT: Yep, it's for real: http://www.ustr.gov/Document_Library/Press_Releases/2007/October/Ambassador_Schwab_Announces_US_Will_Seek_New_Trade_Agreement_to_Fight_Fakes.html
  8. Come to think of it, I pretty much send him everything I complete to see what he thinks, too. Not even because I don't trust in my intentions, but simply because I value his objective and subjective opinions.
  9. Looking at the other thread you linked to makes me laugh. I'm gonna go mash some random buttons on my SH-32 now and get pissed when people don't understand my intentions.
  10. Why does it matter who the feedback comes from? I would think that getting feedback from one of the very people who functions as quality control for OCR as a whole (which is no small task, believe me, I've been there myself) would be exactly what you're looking for.
  11. Uh, but didn't you post here in the first place looking for feedback? If it's not completely positive and worshipping the musical ground you walk on, where does the desire for feedback leave you room to complain?
  12. Hooray! Tim Wright can easily be considered revolutionary in the introduction of electronic music into video games. And that's superduper.
  13. Good good good. Keeping things fresh. EDIT: Congrats to the two of you. Make us proud.
  14. I also entered the undying "Until Forever" in Electronic/Electro-Pop and it seems to be fairing pretty well so far. I consider it to be my "gloves-off" track. A failsafe, as it were.
  15. Whoa, hey, just noticed that "Burn Out" is currently sitting at #10 on the Techno/Club/Dance chart without me promoting it at all (kinda because I forgot it was in there). So, I guess, count me in this time around?
  16. Very enjoyable. Definitely pulled off that serene feeling. I love that synth lead and the way it just rises out of the mix. Cool stuff, looking forward to more.
  17. This is exceedingly impressive. I kept feeling an urge to fast-forward, but then everytime that urge came up, the topic at hand, the direction it was going, or the video itself prevented me. SO! Well done. Start shipping it to news agencies. (not that they'd give a shit)
  18. Uh, I guess I have ties to and contacts in Konami. "Until Forever" licensed for use in DDR Supernova 2 (PS2) and DDR Universe 2 (360). "Burn Out" licensed for use in as-yet-to-be-announced DDR title(s).
  19. No no no, "virtual amp" isn't a tool in FL. He's simply referring to VST amp sim plugins, for example Amplitube and Tubebaby. Go look at http://www.kvr-audio.com for more information about VST plugins and to find some amp sims.
  20. Whew, I'm a little late to the game here, but this was indeed a good interview. Larry's so good at spouting all the right information at the right times... ...kinda like where he plugged me HARD. I love it when I get plugged hard. ...
  21. Hey folks, Trying something new to get warmed up for vocal recording on my original works for 'Revolution.' I've always thought I could make a pretty sweet cover of this song, so here we go. http://beatdrop.paletteswap.com/Random/Need%20You%20Tonight%20wip.mp3 This is just a WIP, so... At any rate, enjoy.
  22. Happy Birthday, foo! Who said you could have one the day after mine? Takin' away all my attention... throw you helluva far...
  23. Haha, oh lord. Word sure does get around... My birthday was insanity. I'm pretty sure I've never had that much to drink over the course of seven hours ever period. Hell, never even that much in a single day. Of course, day after ze birfday, and I'm paying for it.
