  1. Booked solid until March... sorreh I'll probably be booked then too but at least I don't know yet, for all I know I could be in the clear... (I do still need to make like 50 project songs though but I might be able to sneak this in if nobody says anything)
  2. Bwaaaaaah! Heck yeah! You should sub it to OCR if it's done, too. I won't be home for another few hours, and I might just collapse into sleep, but I'll try to remember to download the wav asap. :-)

    THANK YOU!!

edit: Downloaded the wav! Sounds super loud but I don't know if that's a problem or not! It's DUBSTEP!

  3. You guys are awesome! I just posted comments where needed on WIPs, if I forgot anyone please let me know ASAP. I certainly didn't forget on purpose. I'll go ahead and say it now, let's try to have the songs COMPLETELY FINISHED by March 1st! That will be awesome if we can pull it off. Thank you!!
  4. Ok ok I get it... don't buy rigatoni... what about penne noodles? Wheat? You can't JUST say no fucking rigatoni without coming back with some kind of substitute!
  5. Chicken and marinara would be pretty boring. I've heard roman noodles are pure carbs
  6. Well, Valentine's day... has been over for a while. But it was fun while it lasted.
  7. What can you recommend to someone with no money in the bank who has chicken breast and rigatoni and marinara and actually I'm almost out of chicken and rigatoni
  8. Not only do I think upgrading to HD would be great (720p minimum) but I think that old video template is in for some updates. In addition to modernizing some of the information in there, such as the list of albums and other things, it'd be great to see an actual reference to the artist who made the song. At the beginning you could have the intro from album trailers "OverClocked ReMix Presents..." then have the title, "Song name by Artist name". This would help with all of the people who mistake ocremix as the artist for all of the songs. Also, the template could be set to end when the song ends instead of going an extra 6 seconds or so. Just setting the video to end when the song does could possibly prevent and such from occuring. And maybe the "link to the Artist's youtube channel" could be added back to the videos, like they used to be, before the youtube system changed, but then it changed back. (so confusing)It's not dumb to want higher quality audio on youtube. It's 2013. Here is a graph of music streaming services mentioned on social media: Disregarding pay services (as remixes aren't monetized) such as Pandora and Spotify, the third most popular service is... yup... YouTube. I personally go to youtube whenever I am searching for a song. I think anyone who discredits Youtube as possibly the most important portal for OC ReMixes may be not giving it the credit it deserves. So there is just a handful of tweaks I think would really improve the remix videos that are uploaded to youtube.
  9. Will you be mine? I love you, OC ReMix!
  10. I am staunchly against sports, or any physical movement of any kind, but I'd be interested in doing this as long as watching every episode of "The League" is a pre-requisite for anyone who wants to join.
  11. I agree! While the mix has promise (I wouldn't quite call it finished just yet...) it felt totally out of place as a remix of Steiner's Theme and I am somewhat relieved that there will be a new one coming in. Dubstep is cool, but if you don't have the levels right, it just falls flat on its face. You've got the bass real high, and during that section the drums are practically a whisper under that bass. They should be hard hitting during that. There should also be a LOT more elements during those sections, instead of just the overpowering bass + the kick and snare/hat. It feels like this could be fleshed out a LOT, as it stands it seems more like an unfinished work than something that is "intentionally minimalistic". Don't give up on it just yet! Also the voice at the beginning and in other parts of the song.. could be lowered. A lot. Maybe to the point of being muted.
  12. Seconded. Great work, maybe you could sort the list now though? Say in numeric order. Like you got FF9 way at the bottom, you got ff3 down below 2, you got ff5 at the top (below secret ones)... could probably put them all together! It'd be easier to read!
  13. Hi there! I don't mean to intrude, but is there going to be another new fresh round of this starting from the beginning? edit: Mega ouch! Missed it by... a few days!
  14. GASP!! I have to rewatch this movie now so I can get the reference... it's been too long and WALL-E is charming. Happy birthday CHz, I know you're not really a bot.
  15. Yes! But honestly, they will probably send one out to Kickstarter backers too. I don't see why not. You may end up getting a few emails, and if you have any friends on Facebook from OCR you'll know... believe me.
  16. You don't got to check constantly, they'll send out an email when it gets released.
  17. How many of those games you looked at are designed for PC? That's why I specifically used RAGE as an example. Even Skyrim started at like 5gb or something, that's just ridiculous, but yeah, Skyrim was not designed for PC. Or else it'd be like..... 20gb totally uncompressed One of my friends on facebook said "I hope this means there won't be compression like on game discs" and I just thought... well no, this means there's the potential for things to be even MORE compressed so that they download quicker... eh?
  18. That's a scary thought but I dunno how accurate it is. I mean they've already announced exclusives that will be better than that, not to mention ZombiU which is just awesome. Also on another topic, on PC vs. Console: http://i.imgur.com/Jn8ERft.jpg RAGE is 22gb on PC..... If next-gen consoles go download only, can you really see downloading like 30gb per game? How will that even be a financially viable option for them... to include a 1tb hard drive and still be competitive? Not to mention people would have to download that, with the state of internet in the US? There's still so many ISPs with data caps. There's still so many people who have dialup or DSL (300Kb/s even) We used to get consoles as a kid and need some crazy RF adapter or something and our parents would have to run to the store on Christmas Day evening and we'd cry like little Bitch Babies, how much are the next generation of Bitch Babies going to cry when they have to download each game for 3 weeks?
  19. Wii U was worth getting because it's baby games that won't be on other systems, like Mario and Nintendo Land. I don't know if getting a 720 for Gears of War 8 or a PS4 for Uncharted 9 will be worth it, they'll be great, but eh. I can get that brown action experience in other games.
