  1. I'm sure it's only a matter of time until a "Still Alive" mix gets posted.
  2. I hate you so much right now. Though in all honesty, I think Mitsuda's well past his peak. The xenogears OST was in my opinion the best game soundtrack to date; nothing else has come close. But I've found most of Mitsuda's work since then to be quite dull.
  3. Your best bet would be to contact Ellywu
  4. Damn right it is. OMGWTFBBQ FUCKING N00B GO DIE NOW!Alternately, you could go un-deprive yourself and play earthbound.
  5. Wow. I gotta say, it's not very often a n00b admits his n00bish mistakes and tries to make up for it. You definitely acted like a douche, but I gotta give you some respect for admitting it and trying to make amends.
  6. Just so you know, remixers are far more likely to consider your requests if you don't act like a flaming douchebag.
  7. After how much you were bitching in the old thread, this really makes me lol. Also, rot in hell you fucking getter-of-smash-bros-before-me person.
  8. More or less; I thought the Melee version was original, well thought out, and brilliantly executed. The brawl version is just METUL KURBEE LOLOLOLOL!!11!!!1shift+one!
  9. Actually, I liked the melee version of Gourmet Race much better than the brawl version.
  10. Eulogic, will you marry me? Also, holy balls King Dedede's theme is awesome. Dark World is quite meh... which sucks, because the original is such an awesome track.
  11. Can we do something about this spammer? Fuckin' cockeater.
  12. I love the bass (square wave?) used for the synth. The sample is simple and some might say cheap, but it is used BRILLIANTLY here. Great writing on the bass line. I'd do something more with that lavos scream; it's sort of cheesy. I'd be curious to hear how it might sound with a bit of distortion. I love all the synths in this. They're all, like the bass, simple and not high-end, but brilliantly used. Production is nice; each element is clearly audible, and despite having a lot going on, it doesn't get muddy, and nothing gets lost in the mix.
  13. The OUS boards would be the place to ask.
  14. You know, I'm actually more excited about the music than anything else (ie todays Dojo update).
  15. Get an auto-tuner and crank the frequency all the way up.
  16. I'm definitely glad you were a part of it -- your contributions to the lyrics were brilliant, and I think the roughness of your voice actually adds a lot to the piece, as does the cheesiness of Steve's rap breakdown.
  17. Oh my god. This mix is pure sex. And I don't mean mah-sex; I'm talking WHOAH-sex.
  18. Actually, a lot of the songs on the "to be posted" list have already been posted.
  19. That should be fine for my purposes. EDIT: another question, while I'm at it; is there any way to get an invisible hit counter? Like, so I can tell how many hits I've gotten without having one of those ugly counters visible to everybody who visits the site?
  20. Awesome! I'll definitely be keeping up with this blog.
  21. I'm looking to add musical demos to my website. I'd like to know if there's any way I can allow visitors to my website to listen to a song of mine without making it possible to save it to their HD. I'm thinking something like you might see on myspace, or other sites like that. How might I go about doing this?
  22. To the best of my knowledge, there isn't a single Popeye's in NC. But we do have Fridays, at least.
