  1. This is probably the most solidly constructed OCR album I've ever heard.
  2. I love the guitar riffing you did over my piano recording. I hope to hear more stuff like that in the next show.
  3. This is sweet. I think I'll start an arrangement.
  4. I made a short edit of analoq's "sonik metro" remix for my video last time. Not only was this a non-issue, but analoq actually liked how I shortened it.
  5. I've noticed that as the seasons go on, the show became more reliant on its own continuity to build new stories. This is something that Star Trek has done, and it got to the point where the franchise ground itself to a halt because of it. I hope this doesn't happen to Futurama.
  6. Evan Rachel Wood - " "Some Beatles songs work better with female vocals IMO.
  7. DS, I think I recall you recommending this to me a while back. Now that I can load these up easily on my iOS device, I'll check them out now.
  8. I'm pretty sure all my musical influences can be traced back to George Gershwin.
  9. I used to be all about 100% completion in the ol' days. There are times I wonder why I went to all the trouble of getting 101% (actual percentage) in Donkey Kong 64.
  10. Haha, I'm listening to it now. Great stuff, guys. Hint: Check the "Composer" field in the MP3 tags.
  11. Word on the street is that there will be a show tonight, and that it will be on Arecibo Radio. http://areciboradio.com/chat
  12. I'm glad I has able to contribute my vocal to such a polished album project.
  13. This was originally written to accompany a compo entry of mine this past Tuesday.
  14. Grats, Gario. By the way, there is now a Facebook page for ORC. Hopefully this will make it easier to keep track of upcoming rounds, voting stages and whatnot. Hit the "like" button and help spread the word.
  15. For me I suppose it's a tossup between melody-first-chords-second and chords-first-melody-second. It usually depends on the situation: If I'm out and about, I may come across an idea in my head, usually a melody. Whereas if I'm at the piano trying to generate ideas, it's usually something chordal at first that I build off of.
