  1. LOL. my five-man got cremated against riven twice in a row last night. she has FIVE DASHES, a shield that lets her towerdive with impunity, and puts out comical damage. she is SO broken at this point. simply comical how impossible it is to get away from her, no matter what you do.

  4. i've written soundtracks and SFX for two iPhone games by Rogue Pirate Ninja Interactive. so i probably count.
  5. is that singed or mundo? singed, right? the blue goop looks like something mundo would do, though.
  6. i was thinking about that q earlier today. essentially you're giving the character the ability to completely negate a caster in lane, as you can be burning huge portions of their mana often with no repercussions thanks to your character being energy-based. i think that almost makes it an imperative for them to be IN a lane rather than out - max the q, shut down annie/brand/malz/orianna/sona/any primary laning mage. you'd also negate a character like cho, amumu, and galio in-lane because their mana regen already sucks, and early-game their abilities cost so much (amumu, for example, his toss takes up roughly a quarter of his mana per throw at level 1 and gets worse as you level it). i think if they were a mana-based character, that q would be OK. make it 80 or something relatively high, to use sparingly to empty mana reserves before an attack or gank. but not energy-based or cooldown-based, because then it's simply too much mana lost. alternatively, keep it energy, but make it like 25 or 30s cooldown, flat. no scaling. that would encourage it used in ganks as opposed to in-lane because you'd only be using it once anyways, at the start of the gank, whereas in-lane you'd use it when it was up but then not have it available when an opportunity arose later. maybe give it a passive that's not available during cooldown as well?
  7. just had an 11-0-10 game with amumu in lane with amphibious's sona. they surrendered at 34 minutes. awesome game. had FoN and FH at level 12.
  8. passive would have to be toned down. that's representing a ton of gold mid-game, i'd think. you're saying that everyone on the team gets those bonuses every time any enemy dies? and it ramps up after each kill? would assists scale separately from kills? LOVE the q. there's nothing like that in-game. w is a bit meh, since it'd be of limited value early or late game. only useful mid-game when people start to wander, or against mid early. not side lanes or late during teamfights. r is cool. this is relative to our eve game yesterday, isn't it? biggest change i'd have would be to change W and R's passive to be non-functional during cooldown.

  10. i've since purchased flash duel, and i can't wait to play some puzzle strike and yomi with real cards soon =) i've got a good line on a job, so i am leaning back towards going again.
  11. it's a horrid game with broken mechanics and terrible art style. it's pretty lol =)
  12. not no AP at all, but not characters that can build AP properly. like teemo or shaco.
  13. lots'o'boxes is a freak show as well, but he's crossover. i'm talking straight melee, no AP. talon's skinny, but his only skin that shows that (and doesn't hide him in a cloak) makes him look like a gang member from the eighties combined with ezio. i guess he counts anyways. shen's a ninja. doesn't count. plus he's a crappy bot. pro as heck master yi has eleventy eyes and needs more doubleswords. donkey kong is a monkey.
  14. ez is not a melee character. last time that i checked. he's also an asshole. the only time he ever ults is when i'm at 10hp and just getting to the base. edit: before someone says it, GP and Kassadin are not melee champs. GP's like half and half, and double codpiece is a mage. so they don't count. i'm talking primary melee champs like spindamere or udyr.
  15. the gauntlet is still really ridiculously big, but she's more proportionate. i was talking with a buddy about why she'd be so much cooler if she was actually a he, but with roughly the same proportions. think about the blatant stereotypes - there are no male melee characters that aren't rippling muscles and oversized everything. there are female melee characters, but they're all these little tiny things that just look ridiculous in-game because their hair is bigger than their body. why not have a lithe male melee champ? the only male champ that i'd say is skinny is singed, and he's a freak show.
  16. get the physical box that costs ~15 or 20$. it gives you 1500 or so RP, as well as 20 champs, four skins, and some runes.
  17. i don't think this is the right thread to put this is, but is anyone looking to sell their copy of SC2 and associated battle.net account? i'm worried about buying it online when the game is useless without the key.
  18. it looks really close. although your team had nothing like the farm they did. how did annie farm so little? she has such a good build.
  19. i got a jungle timer on my phone. talk about awesome. now i don't have to count anymore, either! insta-jungle: go. also, garen was reduced, so now bardic and i have to fight over him. HE IS SO FUN. him and amumu or fiddles are troll city in lane. skype is the win. if i'm on skype, i'm likely either playing LoL or looking for someone to play with. OH GOTT MEIN EYES

  22. i can see a different version, where [insert hero here] tells blitz to fall back and a trollface karthus on the other team says "go get'm champ".
