I'd love to play another Snowboard Kids. Unfortunately the original really frustrated me because the CPU was clearly cheating in every race. I had to figure out how to set them up to attack them at the end of every race rather than concentrating on just outracing them.

They still make lots of good ones. Jedi Knight and KOTOR are 2 of my favorite series (been waiting like 4 years now for another Jedi Knight). Battlefront and Lego Star Wars 2 are also good. Of course, Galaxies and Empire at War are garbage... I guess I wouldn't mind a big 3D version of Maniac Mansion though. Speaking of which, Day of the Tentacle was a sequel that was better than the original.

Good point. To this day the best flight game I've played was TIE Fighter. It was far superior to X-Wing.

I beat on him for quite a bit and then got the chance thing and hit him a few times. He died immediately afterwards. The same thing happened when I watched my friend fight him. Maybe it is triggered or just a quick way of killing him?

I was playing Madden '07 for the Wii and those are some of the worst graphics I have seen in years. Whenever they showed coaches on the sidelines my friend and I would laugh because of how poorly designed they were. Madden '05 for Gamecube looks much better than '07 for the Wii and I am not exaggerating when I say that I have seen better graphics on PS1. When graphics are laughably terrible then there is a problem.

I also believe that Liberty City Stories was better than GTA3, even though that's a prequel.

A lot of people who are really into Frets on Fire get a Guitar Hero controller and a PS2 to PC adapter. I've heard you have to download a program to make your PC recognize the picking though. I can't imagine there's a better way to play the game than this.

DKC2 is also one of my favorite games for SNES, much more so than 1 or 3.

I prefer good graphics to bad graphics, but if the game is good I don't care what the graphics look like. I still play NES/SNES games afterall.

I'm sure Red Steel was discussed much earlier in the thread but anyways...I rented Red Steel this week and man does it suck. I also wasn't very pleased with Call of Duty 3 although it was better than Red Steel. Are we going to have to wait for Metroid Prime 3 for a good shooter or will the Wiimote also ruin that game?

When I used to play it seemed like most people I knew had /1 turned off. I always thought it was a fun channel to watch.

When I used to play it seemed like half my server was from Australia and I knew several people who lived in Europe (I live in Midwest USA) and they never seemed to have any lag issues. A guy from England was considered the best player on my server I think so he must not have lagged much.

That's pretty awesome. I read the interview with him also. It was a coordinated guild effort. 40 people helped him power-level during those 28 hours. Congratulations to him and to his guild.

I don't think it's all that rare. A year ago there was a story in the national news about a pledge dying during hazing at a fraternity when he was forced to drink a large amount of water.

Of the choices you gave us I am going to suggest getting a tattoo. Make sure it is a really bad one that you will regret next year. Then one of your resolutions next year can be to get it removed.

I liked Spiritual Warfare. It is a very obvious Zelda ripoff but it was fun to play. I think you even get to kill Satan at the end.

MC Kids I always thought that was a good game.

Definitely SNES. It is the second worst game for SNES imo. Rise of the Robots is the worst for me. Both are horrible.

Friday the 13th Last Action Hero (I actually love the movie but the game sucked) Bible Adventures Metroid (I still think the original was terrible, I hated it so much that I never played Super Metroid until just a few years ago)
