Ferret Posted June 18, 2011 Posted June 18, 2011 Personally, I'd like the 'sky' of the Nether to be lava. Just sayin'. And...maybe make it so you can dig all the way up to the 'normal' world. Or have the ability to build portals leading to yet another dimension. Quote
Crowbar Man Posted June 19, 2011 Posted June 19, 2011 eilios: I wonder why you didn't just type /warp nether? or /spawn? or anything? Seems odd you would just accept your fate of being spawned somewhere random instead of using a command. Already mentioned warps/home/spawns/etc are broken earlier too :/ Quote

General Gilliam Posted June 20, 2011 Posted June 20, 2011 How come the OCAD server is down? I must finish my new pork shop, "Eat My Meat!" Quote
Timeline Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 Hi, I'm requesting permission to be on the whitelist, Eilios will vouch for me. Also, here's a pony.. It's Roseluck, she's my favorite. Quote

General Gilliam Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 Now instead of it being down, it's showing connection refused on OCAD. Did you implement a whitelist? Because it's getting a signal from the server, just not lettning me connect. I'm not the only who's having this problem BTW. Quote
Brushfire Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 No, Steve's fiance is at his house so she is playing WoW and other things, and the OCAD server suffers for it. That is 100% untrue. I have no idea why it is down. Quote

Lemonectric Posted June 23, 2011 Posted June 23, 2011 http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/22/zelda-adventure-mod-for-minecraft-is-a-full-game/ I saw someone playing that map on youtube recently. I downloaded adventurecraft along with a couple of maps, but I can't get the maps to run properly. Quote
Anorax Posted June 23, 2011 Posted June 23, 2011 (edited) In the meantime, the minecraft forums seem to be down due to a Curse Network issue. According to Curse, it could be 5 more hours before the forums are usable again... That means 5 more hours before I can try this Zelda Adventures... EDIT: aaaaand the OCAD server is still down. Level 99 can you fix pleaz? Edited June 23, 2011 by Anorax Quote
General Gilliam Posted June 23, 2011 Posted June 23, 2011 Yeah Minecraft Forums will be down for about 5 hours. On a brighter note, contacted 99 on Twitter, says the server went down and he's trying to get it back up and running. Won't be too much longer he hopes. Quote
Lemonectric Posted June 24, 2011 Posted June 24, 2011 The fast graphics clouds were lowered? Great. Forget creepers; clouds are the absolute worst thing about Minecraft. Now we can't even temporarily get them out of the way by switching between settings. Quote
Anorax Posted June 30, 2011 Posted June 30, 2011 Well, according to Bukkit's twitter page, this is the 1.7_01 build: http://t.co/wpaDC5a Quote
Sag Ee Mana Posted June 30, 2011 Posted June 30, 2011 http://www.joystiq.com/2011/06/22/zelda-adventure-mod-for-minecraft-is-a-full-game/ Just beat it this week, it's really awesome. Well, hard to explain what I loved without any spoil so I'll only say that : if you like Zelda series and/or want to imagine what could be the 1.8 adventure system, play it. You can download it HERE on the French forum if you want to try the game. Didn't check on planetminecraft. And don't forget the install tutorial video Quote

Crowbar Man Posted July 1, 2011 Posted July 1, 2011 (edited) A reminder, as with any update if you are on the MZ server: please do not update your client until further notice or you will not be able to join. Multiplay will update to the latest RB of Bukkit (which has not been released yet) once they test it out, as per usual. Anybody who has updated accidently needing to backdate their client, please PM me and i'll provide the instructions. I still find it ridiculous with how close they are the "release" date they are still releasing updates that will break your game completely as if they didn't test it at all internally. :/ Not really hard to find bugs either, just "if you use pistons, the new feature we just added, but didn't test, your game will break, possibly irreversibly" Edited July 1, 2011 by Crowbar Man Quote

Crowbar Man Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 (edited) Sorry folks, n/m about MZ. Shutting down, will find someone else to host the stuff EDIT: Looks like its going to be Aba, helping him set up the server Edited July 2, 2011 by Crowbar Man Quote
