KyleJCrb
I left him a comment on Facebook as well. How do you all find guys like these anyway? Were you specifically looking for Sonic/Megaman X crossovers? Well, I regularly browse Bandcamp's VGM-related releases, and I also follow Nitouhei, a Japanese VGM fan who blogs about the releases of the western game music communities, which is were I saw this. He's a great guy who usually makes some excellent suggestions, so I'm 99% sure he didn't realize these were rips from OCR and just wanted to share some good music with his followers. I've already let him know in a comment on his blog and on Twitter, so hopefully he'll make mention of it in his next update. That said, I am totally down with Mega Man X/Sonic crossovers. This might be something for Larry or an OCR representative to do. I fear the day that Random Encounter finds its way up there, though then again, I've done well at making things unappealing enough that they wouldn't get sold. (I see no Teen Agent on there.) The Damned
I sent an email from my missingno tracks email address to bandcamp, with links to as many things as I could fit to make sure there was no mistake. I would hope that with enough emails to them, they will respond appropriately and quickly.

Sent one as well. Found 5 tracks that were mine, the two from Missingno, also the aforementioned EYOD, Dragonfood, and Reverse Rain. Dunno about his first album, but his second was released August 10th 2009 and had ocr stuff on it. Too bad he flew under the radar for so long, he could have been stopped way earlier. Brandon Strader
It's hard enough to stay encouraged and motivated after 3 years of remixing (I know a lot of you have been doing it regularly for a lot longer) but this is just a punch in the gut. On the flip side of that outlook, we're making music worth stealing. If that guy's made money off of my arrangements, I will be angry. I have no moneys. Brandon Strader
I found his personal facebook and people who could possibly be his family. Some good embarrassment for him and scolding by his mother may teach him not to do this kind of stuff.
DusK
I just noticed his FB page disappeared, and his Bandcamp page is starting to look pretty funky. Justice?
Brandon Strader
It takes a long time to delete things on bandcamp. He's got a lot of work over the next day.
Rozovian
One album left on his page. Success! Any idea what that is, if it's also stolen? edit: nope, now it's jumping to random albums. Weird. edit2: now his albums are disappearing one by one. Seems like it wasn't random at all, just going to the most recent album that's left. ....aaaannnd it's gone. Success! KyleJCrb
He probably deleted everything when he realized we figured it out.

(I see no Teen Agent on there.) Probably because Teen Agent doesn't have the same name recognition as Sonic, Mega Man, Mario, and Final Fantasy. big giant circles
I'm reasonably well-acquainted with Jen from bandcamp. I've spoken to her on the phone before about non-plaigiarism issues before. Bandcamp is actually super awesome about dealing with any kinds of issues IMO, but if you guys ever want expedited results, let me know and I can always email her direct. AngelCityOutlaw
I will never understand why anyone would find glory in stealing someone else's art and claiming it as their own.

DusK
I've fully removed all I've put online and deleted all the account who concern music I didn't want to hurt anyone by doing this and I want to apologize about what I've done. I know I should've never done that but I've done it and I know words won't fix it. I hope that with the fact that I've stopped everything now, this story'll be over and that you won't involve my family in this thing cause it wasn't my intention Yeah, because profiting off of other peoples' hard work is something people do when they don't wanna hurt people. Oh well, seems to be over now.

Gario
I will never understand why anyone would find glory in stealing someone else's art and claiming it as their own. I don't think he was in it for the glory. He was in it for ~£5 a download per album.
Mirby
I know I should've never done that ya know i wish that when people had that voice in their head that said this, they'd actually listen instead of getting dollar signs in their eyes. this current situation may be over, but i know that somewhere out there another person is ripping off this site. big giant circles
Haha that's my bad, I didn't expect to get an answer out of the guy so I sent a message to his mom on facebook. Telling mommy, probably not the nicest thing to do, but neither is stealing hours of music from people who do it for free, and selling it. Nono, I don't mind one bit that you sent a message to his mum. Serves him right.
