  1. Hey guys! I just recently finished up this little solo piano arrangement of Song of Healing from Majora's Mask and thought I would share it with you all. I realize this is an insanely popular piece for people to remix/cover, but it's such a special piece, but I think the tune is so malleable and it was fun to try and do something different with it. I originally had made something far more virtuosic and flashy but it didn't fit the intimate feel of the original. I instead opted for something more subdued and "pretty". I added a little intro and outro based on some of the original harmonic material and I think it works as a nice framing device for the piece. At first I keep the tune fairly traditional, but ended up gradually adding some of my own personal flourishes throughout. Hope you guys enjoy it. Let me know what you think. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z3NexJ5G1dg

  2. Been listening to these all day, still can't choose. Great work, both of you.

  3. For me I’ve literally seen 70%+ UW control or Boros angels. Boros is fine but playing vs UW is zzzzzzzz

  4. Wow, wow, wow!!! I absolutely loved both of these songs, it was such a hard vote. @Jamphibious groovy, well-produced, great instrumentation as always! @Garpocalypse daaaaaaamn, I think this is the funkiest thing I've ever heard you make - I loved those dirty synths (that one that first came in at 0:28 was so juicy - another new sound of yours?) and rockin' guitar parts. Hats off to both of you fine gentlemen!

  5. Jeez Garp, rockin' tune. Such power, such dirty synth work (dirty is good). I was tempted to try to use guitars on mine too so we could have a good old fashion rock-off but it didn't pan out. Maybe a rematch one day

  6. I really like this! Especially the dual guitars part at 345ish. Chill is very apt in this remix and it works really well. I'll echo off Voex and say more panning would definitely improve this a lot considering the amount of atmospheric tones in the piece. It will also make it seem more vast which for this piece would be really good. I also wanted to ask what kind of drums you were using, as you could get a bit more variance on them especially the snare, but that might be my ears might be not that great yet at hearing this yet so it might be me. Otherwise I love the track!
