Remember when you used to be able to buy something and you didn't need to provide anyone with maintained physical evidence to prove you got it legitimately? I do. Just...

The one I have for EWQLSO takes up one USB port and almost entirely blocks off another one. Dongles shouldn't be deal-breakers but my God they are annoying.

Why would you make the announcement BEFORE you get the rights for publishing?

Essential Synth Pop Samples
Meteo Xavier replied to ad.mixx's topic in Music Composition & Production
Look up patches on KVR and Google and you probably won't need anything else. -
Could you go into further detail of how you're releasing them? Like, are you actually going to have them printed and sold or what are you going to do with them? I'm not familiar with Team Omega so I would not have, at this moment, any idea if these were unofficial projects that Capcom might not like others to be doing or if royalties for their creative content were being honored.

Fred, you're just arguing to be arguing. Post something relevant with some sort of detail to it; "Yes, get a new XXXX", "Get motherfucking REAPER" is obnoxious, not helpful and doesn't count. Knock it off.

I would've just preferred they give you the option like we were originally led to believe, that way both fronts can be satisfied. I don't like playing online games with people. Connectivity is always an issue and the Good Lord did not grace me with a lot of talent or know-how in the internet connectivity field. This presents a practical issue for me and I cannot buy it as a result. Now my hopes are going to that Dragon Quest Anniversary something or other for the Wii. I would've much loved some kind of genuinely traditional JRPG style experience for a fancy fangled machine like the Wii, but oh well.
-
Son of a bitch - I was really really looking forward to a serious, traditional JRPG experience on the Wii.

what the cunt...

Dude, no. Don't trust that shit to pirates and don't trust people who suggest it.

$120 for Windows 7 120 / 730 is 0.164383562 120 / 1095 is 0.109589041 So between $0.10 to $0.16 a day.

Yeah but if you're starting fresh today, you need the accurate tools and the processors for what today offers. That person probably also has the music software that was compatible with a 15 year old PC in addition to 15 years of experience that you can't make up without 15 years invested. I just wanted to clarify that bit there as I felt the core message was "Processor Shmocessor" without giving a lot of additional context to the point. If you're starting this year or relatively new, you need a good computer and technology moves fast enough to the point where you really need to wonder sometimes.

You can't win trying to please everyone, you can only offer better quality content.

Seiken Densetsu 3: Songs of Light and Darkness - History
Meteo Xavier replied to Usa's topic in Projects
Oh man, who was it that was looking for vocals? I was sure someone was. We could definitely stand some more vocals or, hell, even vox style pads in our mixes here. And yes, people, get your damn mixes in. We're not dragging this on forever and I've even been considering a mega-concrete deadline where just cut it off once and for all. I suppose thats somewhat hypocritical as I can't listen indepth to tracks right now and am on a sortof vacation, but me and Rozo are not going to move this project along - YOU are. That's what you signed up for and told us you were going to do. We can't do that by ourselves. On another note: WE NEED GAMEPLAY VIDEOS. Someone somewhere play the ROM for a few hours and record it to send to us. You wouldn't believe how something this simple has become hard to get, but we need it and I want to send it around. Your efforts will go to good places, I assure you, but we need someone to donate gameplay material for us to make into a preview. -
Essential Synth Pop Samples

For the price of a Juno 106, you could get Zebra 2, z3ta+ and probably fuckin' Omnisphere and NEVER GO HUNGRY AGAIN. I couldn't even find a price for HS-60. -
Why are you bashing this girl again? Was the first round of extremely disturbing and genuinely concerning free-for-all abuse of a young teenage girl by hundreds of thousands of intelligent, seemingly emotionally mature, grown adults just because they could do it and get away with it not enough that you have to vent life's frustrations and sexual inadequacies towards the easiest recent target the internet has ever known again? Listen up America - we have bigger problems to worry about than some girl who can't sing. Put your frustrations into politics and do something about the upcoming problem where we have to choose between a President who barely accomplished shit, if at all, or a rotating list of GOP genuine fuckin' crazy people EACH ONE CRAZIER THAN THE LAST. Bash and vent towards problems that need REAL attention for once.

Even if I don't agree, I will respect the refreshingly frank change of idea that opinion brings.

Get Zebra2 or, my personal recommendation, z3ta+ 2, put a slight bit of portamento or slide on it or on the attack if possible (so that it automatically sounds slightly bendy or detuned) and you have a great start already for a bunch of those sounds. -
I genuinely hope this topic develops into something awesome because it has a great insane start to it.

I was talking about it being titled "luv sic part 5", but if it's not covered, which I don't imagine to be true, now might be a good time to do it (this is partly what I do for a living). How much? I want to be able to make good on supporting other artists as I hock my own wares constantly these days, but it hasn't yet alleviated my budgetary concerns. I'm only going to make about $50 in my bank account this month alone, so money's kinda tight. That said, yes, I would be happy to support you whenever possible. It's only fair if I expect people to buy my shit that I should do the same for others.

The Game Boy 25th Anniversary Remix Album
Meteo Xavier replied to The Damned's topic in Recruit & Collaborate!
This fact is very very obvious, to the point where being snarky in response is a huge temptation. On topic, this project sounds like a great idea! If it's still in open mode after a year or so, I'll contribute something from FFL3, as that game gets very little love.
