Okay. Any and all criticism is welcome once the competition is over.

If you want more ctf maps in the rotation, ctf_ataraxia and ctf_turbine are both good choices.

I've started, but I've got soccer playoffs and graduation coming up next week, so no promises.

It's been "almost done" for over a year now. ..But, I know what you mean.

I'll try to enter under all the competition types because I know it can only make me better, but I've gotta say, poetry's gotta be my worst subject. XD

Wow, thanks for that critique, Ubernym. I'm serious, that's really helpful. Also, congratulations! I thought that brevity might work in my favor since all the other stories were long, but I guess I was wrong. I'll try to come up with something better next time!

I've heard of it, but haven't played it. It was published by Stardock Entertainment which made Galactic Civilizations 1 and 2, both incredible games. Can't wait for the next expansion pack to come out! Oh, edit: Great read.

If you're really into this idea, the best thing to do would be to try to learn Flash yourself and make it how you see fit. I know you said that you wouldn't have the skills, but NO ONE does on his or her first flash animation. You have an idea that you're passionate about, and that is the first and most necessary tool you will need to go anywhere with any type of creative endeavor. Even if it seems unlikely, you will have ideas after this one that you will feel just as strongly about. But, if you work on this idea now, by the time you get to those future ideas you will have the skills necessary to make them the way you want them. As an example, I spent five years working with RPG Maker before I ever made/finished something that I was proud of. Now I have three finished games. The work is long and frustrating, but if you truly have a passion about the ideas with which you're working, you will eventually be able to bring them to life.
