How can a scale measure body fat?

Random question, how do you measure body fat? I'd guess those pincher things I remember from high school gym class, but are there other ways as well?

I wear my vibrams all the time for running. You definitely cannot run like you can with normal shoes, because if you hit the ground with your heels you'll injure yourself. You have to hit with the balls of your feet and absorb the impact through the rest of your foot and your calf muscles. I bought mine because I always got shin splints when running, and I haven't had that problem since. The only issue is that you'll probably pull you calf muscles at first, but afterwards it feels extremely natural to run with them. When I go out, I run about 3 miles with no issue.

I've updated the first post with everyone's character names. I vote that we all play on channel 2 for consistency. I haven't had much time to play, myself, but I'll be on sporadically. Can someone please explain how to battle other players?

I chose the Temple of Time theme from OOT. We'll see how it goes.

Please don't drop me from the project if I don't get much work done during my last semester of grad school! I plan on working on my track, for sure, but I just don't have much free time.

Mine is... meh. Hope everyone else enjoys it though! I remixed the field/overworld theme from Rune Factory 1, because it was the only midi I could find from that game.

If I had anything to show off yet, I'd be trash talking. So far, I have maybe 30s of something I don't hate. I don't really plan on sleeping until 4am at least, cause It'll take me that long to just get a song structure going.

Now the pressure's on! And a side-note to SuperiorX: I promise I'll start my track soon! There's so many things that need my attention, so please be patient. I promise I'll bring the awesome eventually.

I've set up a GroupMe group for OCR people! Basically, GroupMe is like a chatroom using your phone. If you're my Facebook friend, all you need to do is sign up for GroupMe and link it to your Facebook account. I'll be checking periodically for new people to add. If you're not already my Facebook friend (shame on you!), you can PM me your name and phone number and I can add you to the group. I hope this makes it a little easier for us all to stay in contact outside of Magfest!
