Now to play the waiting game... As much as I've enjoyed a few of their games they really need to do something far from their previous titles; or create "spiritual successors" to them that give an entirely different experience as well as enjoyment that their earlier works managed to bring. I don't see them getting out of the niche territory though.

Going back to this, what would one say if Sega suddenly decided to rehash the original quartet (sonic 1 - 3&K) by redoing everything; from creating true HD backgrounds, sprite work, keeping the original layouts of the stages BUT as an added bonus, made remixed stages of the originals (even remixing the special/emerald stages) once you've completed the game the first time as unlockables; changing the bosses on said remixed stages so they're not the originals you've fought before. Would you or any one, especially those that bought the originals over and over again as they were ported to newer systems, pay $60(360/PS3)/(Wiiware pricing?) for each game..? Unrelated to the issue but... It always bothered me that in Sonic & Knuckles where at the Doomsday Stage, Dr. Robotnik (He'll always have that name in my mind) had the large emerald as he's escaping but never uses its power to fight back Super Sonic considering Sonic has a timer in the form of the ring countdown. Sure he had missiles being launched at Sonic but that made shit worse for him. Why not use the emerald to complicate things and stall for time (better speed/stunning strength for the mech?) Would have made for a more challenging end for that game imo.

That's why you go high end and have sprite work done, but be ready to pay an arm and leg~!

Both pretty much. To my understanding it took 2 months to get one character of Blazblue to be made and I'm not even sure if this even included the animation; not to mention the background stuff that is sprite animated. Wouldn't any one prefer clean art over the doodles of a highschooler in something like an arcade game? 3d models on the other hand is much easier to make; heck I can do 3d models with a "borrowed" copy of maya or whatever program utilized for 3d animations for a dime. edit* This is the content exclusive to the console version of Blazblue, not on the arcade that would be related to sprite/art. * New music, animations, backgrounds and a console-exclusive story mode This would have cost less money had they just ported over the arcade version to the consoles but they went further in making them have more content. As for Metal Sonic I'd prefer the S3&K version or

Would have picked up Muramasa had I been able to find it. Then again I heard it ends too quickly so... I will say though the art I find for it is quite pleasant to the eyes. As for Disgaea 3 flintlock, if you were expecting it to be different from the first two games, you shouldn't wouldn't bother; otherwise you'll enjoy it as much as the first two. Personally I enjoyed the series enough to get it as well a long time ago.

OH shit I remember "mario brothers"~! I used to always watch it during class in the comp labs Now I'm reminded of foamy

Amazon's the way to go pretty much, though on the rare occasion I'd actually would go to the retail shop to see if they have put up collections of particular bands/groups etc. I see this at best buy the majority of the time.

500GB+ of remix albums and counting~! Another note what may give it an exception can be its popularity, at least seen on the internet. Seriously when makes a mention... actually no they fucked up on that report.

I'm holding off L4D2 just fine, so I still say you can hold off AVP-2010 edition just as well too. Soon as I finish work I'll give more time into the demo for some experience.

Dr. Eckmin... Egmen... Eghhym... yeah there's no way of making eggman menacing at all...

What..? If you don't have the time why not simply hold off; even if it manages to surprise us all in being very good..?

Can't say I got much play into it as I just tried it for five minutes before I had to leave for work. As far as I know, I find myself preferring the Predators, though the humans are pretty much middle range imo, balanced but nothing special or extraordinary. They do however have the weaponry and equipment that you may recall from the old films. the Xenomorphs pretty much have to be up close to kill. Predators however are fun in their own way as far as I've seen. as for the info... Aliens vs. Predator is a science fiction first-person shooter video game in development by Rebellion Developments, the team behind the 1999 original PC game, and set to be published by Sega for Microsoft Windows, the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360. The game is a first-person shooter based on a combination of the characters and creatures of the Alien franchise and the Predator franchise. It is to be released on February 16, 2010, in the U.S., and on February 19, 2010, in Europe. Demo for now but it's releasing soon.

Makes me think of Natural Selection except with high def graphics. That said, PC all the way.

There's no obligation for him to be polite, nor is there any obligation for any one to give a serious response; Encouraged but not enforced. Nonetheless the only one here that needs to chill out is you considering your reaction towards a post that had not been directed towards you. So yeah newgrounds would be any ones best bet at finding megaman flashes; though besides the Queen's one I can't think of any that are worth watching. Also I believe Darknut is referring to SMBZ. http://vglag.com/smbz/ Knock yourself out darknut.

Reminds me of the Retro Duo SNES/NES console that supposedly plays anything that had been released on the NES and SNES, like the top loader... That thing was for $50 though...

Mine's been planting, sometimes stacking, as many remote mines as possible in one spot, trigger a wave of enemies to come through it and make it explode. I also liked to go invisible, plant as many mines as I can through out the snowbound facilities and imagine all those guards flying into the air as I set them off. lastly I'd often tried to play entire maps using only shotguns on both arms while trying to complete the missions. -
Zero Punctuation (Hilarious) Game Reviews

Seems as if the game had great potential but fell quite short. Some good laughs too there. scurvy... -
Yeah that would be it. Man I'm mad I couldn't recognize it at first.
-
No fucking wonder I didn't recognize it. wow I couldn't tell. also disregard the question I made in the other thread. But wait, if that's the case, what was the name it went under when you selected the sound track from Fuuka? Maybe that's why you had not been able to see it on youtube as it's in another name rather than the name you know it from P1. I know she gave names as I recall the snow queen track that was selectable. waiiit..... Was it Snow Queen?
-
Well now you have it. But for some reason I don't recall ever hearing it in P3:FES as you say it is there... Also want the rest of the remake?
-
Hey man check that Persona request thread and see the link I posted if it's the track you were talking about.

Plop in Superman 64 in its slot, that'll teach it a lesson. Oh yeah you still haven't answered my question on that other thread you made which I seemingly killed with logic. -
Is it this one..? This one came from my copy of SMT: Persona PSP Edition with soundtrack thrown in. I could be mistaken as I don't recall it at all in the P3:FES game; not to mention it's been so long since I've heard the original version that played in the PSX version of Persona 1. Also man does the P1 remake ost bring back some good nostalgia. I fucking hate you tesso, you trolled me harder than any other boss on persona for some fucking reason... fucking rat monster...

I don't believe vocals in a particular track is ever an issue persay as they just won't be used in the remix; unless of course the mixer decides to get fancy and use good vocals. Chances are though they'll be instrumental only... Another Note* Why did you leave out some great tracks such as, The Almighty, The Genesis, Fog (SERIOUSLY WHY DID YOU LEAVE OUT FOG OF ALL TRACKS?!), why even Tanaka's Advert Theme got potential...
