  1. I still have to listen to many tracks of the album, but I can already say that this is one of the best albums of OCR, it's really awesome! Great work guys, on such an enormous project! Oh, and Washudoll is a goddamn genius (I LOVE the Boomer Kuwanger track, but all of your tracks are superb)... that'll be all EDIT: Kudos to Metal Man for making a 10-minute remix that doesn't bore and is kickass
  2. Ah, version 6.2c-finalversion-nowreally-mastered! I always liked this version best
  3. True, but we shouldn't overdo it: we don't want to turn this thread into a ReQuest forum
  4. You guys realize that posting suggestions here doesn't have much effect?
  5. And another track from this project has been YES'd by the judges, bringing it to 4 now . Congrats to... eh well I don't really know who made it, but still
  6. Done and decreased the hue on the red, so that the contrast between the blue and the red isn't that big anymore. I know you're not going to use it Baha, but still:
  7. Well I think you're the first person that wants more Final Fantasy mixes on the album
  8. Thanks for the track-by-track review man... too bad you had a power outage, hopefully you didn't lose much progress on your songs
  9. He made it another year? Oh yeah and happy birthday and all that
  10. Those sons of bitches... by the way, the NiGHTS album is still linked to my 'artist name' for the price of $2.43
  11. Awesome that you did a track-by-track review and thanks for the comments!
  12. I've listened to quite a few songs that are on the first post, but none of them are in minor. I know that the entire SNES Mario Kart soundtrack is in major. Now I think of it, I can't recall ANY Mario theme I know to be in minor, except from Koopa's Road in Mario 64. This isn't really the series for minor keys
  13. This mix makes me smile all over This is, like Emunator said, by far the best happy hardcore song on the site and there should be more mixes like this one! I love the high-energy pumping from this mix and especially the part after Deia's hated dissonant part is great! They should play this mix in more clubs
  14. Now THIS was my favorite ReMix from the BadAss album. It's incredibly gritty and dirty (the synths, that is) and just badass overall. The choir on the background give that epic feeling and the remix never feels reptitive despite it's source. I also love the silent piano parts with the extreme panning which is very creepy and leaves you really uncomfortable. As if you can't see Ridley, but you know he's there... he could appear from any corner, attack at any step you take. Excellent build-up with great dynamics and love the (creepy, distorted) ending. I hope Rozo makes more mixes like this one!
  15. When I make solo mixes, I always mix from games I know. But I've been quite a few projects of games I've never even played and I don't mind doing that either. Those are, however, usually my more interpretative mixes.
  16. According to my last.fm, its this: Protricity - Mechanical Swamp Sixto - Summoned without Reason Protricity - Rare Reminiscence housethegrate - Seized with Fury Sixto Sounds/Dhsu - Unholy Wars So yeah... rock And I kinda expected Calamitous Judgement to be in the list, but I haven't heard that one in a while now I think about it. Anyway, I usually just put my playlist on shuffle
  17. Awesome! Now if you also list me as director for BadAss Volume 2, I'm happy
  18. I am way too busy to pick up another project... perhaps when I finish my current flood of new projects (and finish BadAss 2), I will try to direct this one. But not alone. Where the hell is Bahamut when you need him?
