Usually ASIO4all lets me record internal audio with Edison, but for some reason it started recording the mic input and I don't remember changing any settings or anything. Anybody know how to change this?

I was half expecting to hear Steve Wilson come in somewhere in the song. Probably one of the best rock songs on this site.

That was just the sort of default name i used to use when i hadn't decided on a real name and the h thing is just because i didn't want numbers so i held the h key It's tagged as Radiowar though, isn't it?

Sounds like a pretty significant improvement to me. This is really good, I think it would pass. The sample issue might come up again but I think you've done enough that it could be overlooked. Reminds me a lot of Eluvium's last album where the music was good enough that the samples don't really matter.

yeah the source is one of my favourite tunes from the soundtrack this is pretty cool, the one thing I'd comment on is the attack on some of the accented strings is too slow. other than that maybe try a more personal arrangement like OA suggested.

I really like the jazz harmonies used in this piece, reminds me a lot of 'Over The Rainbow'. Excellent work.

Yeah but the best projects are the ones that have an actual theme behind it that makes sense to create an entire album around, rather than just being a collection of remixes from a game. Darkesword's projects (including his upcoming Zelda one) are good examples of what I'm talking about.

electronic music isn't really a genre, really the comparison here would be you saying "I wanna start listening to guitar". OK, but that doesn't really describe any particular style. But you did say you were looking for upbeat, zircon type stuff, and a good place to start with that would be guys like the Chemical Brothers, Crystal Method, Pendulum, etc. but really check out ishkur's guide because it's a good way to find out what you're looking for also.

OK. Obviously I don't know because I didn't start reading the forums until last year, but from what I've read a lot of unmodders feel like you more than any other mod (except for graylightning I think) resented them all along. but yeah, what do I know.
