Right, I got the security tab to appear, but theres everyone already has full permission, so I think this is a dead end. I have XP Pro btw, not sure if thats a version of Home. Anything else it could be?

Thanks for helping Yoozer . If it is a permission issue, how do i repair it? The guy in that thread just said he did it, he didn't say how. And is that just a mac thing or something?

Hey guys, one of my favourite reason song files went corrupt when i transferred it from my old PC. It was in a folder of many other reason files but none of the other files had any problems. When I open the file, all it says is: Does anyone have any idea what could have happened, or anyway of recovering the file? It got rejected a while back and I really wanted to play with it some more, see what I could come up with. I'd appreciate any help or info.

Guitar bias ftw. Got some cool harmonies in this one in the first half. Honky tonk piano has a nice effect. 2:54? How the hell did you come up with that transition idea? Wasn't expecting it at all. Neither was I expecting that massive insanely fast guitar run shortly after; thats some awesome playing. Some nice piano/harp fills going on in the second half. Hi-hats and bass get a bit old after a while, but that's alrite, lots of variation in the other parts. Pretty good stuffs.

Wow, striaght away I'm amazed at the depth of arrangement of all those industrial sounds. The layering here is exceptional. I'm glad to see that you haven't let the incorperated sounds interfere with a decent arrangment aswell. Much love to the original track. Those power ups and downs are such an awesome touch, they really give the feel of a break down and a rebuild. Synth work is great aswell, some great textures you've created there. Highly Recommended.

Even though I'm fully aware that its out of tune, it really doesn't sound so to my ears. It really gels into the style. Really enjoyable mix, very creative style, but would we expect anything from zyko? Not at all familiar with the original so I can't really comment on arrangement. I can see why some of the judges would have had a problem with it, (and the fact that the remixer can post in his own decision thread isn't exactly normal), but I'm glad I got to listen to it. Great stuff.

Hey there, glad to see your taking an interest. I'm the remixer doing the Gym Leader Battle theme and I've pretty much finished it, but its only of the Red/Blue/Yellow versions. We're not doing all the tracks (by a long shot) and so I would say its fairly unlikely that the other gym leader battle theme will be remixed at all.

Having looked at the track list, apprently theres only two left. Chavous' one (assuming you dropped him) and Dshu's "maybe" one. Just listened to both, got to say I see more potential in "Facing", so if thats ok with you?

So you saying i should just pick another track yoes? I can probably do that. I'll have a look at the remaining ones tonight after schoolin.

Sorry guys, but I'm completely stuck with my track, not to mention the fact I can't stand it anymore. If I don't come up with any new inspiration by new years I'm gonna drop from the project. Mind you, I'll probably get dropped anyway for not updating in ages by then. I not gonna do it officially just yet though. Never know when ideas might come up.

Just out of interest, is Lifestream taken? Thats got some similar themes to the intro and I'd love to do a piece with both themes. Would that be suitable for this competition or not? If not I'm gonna make it anyway, just wondering.
