Well i just picked it up. For the most part it is the same game. Though there are a few differences that eventhough they are very small still kinda bug me. For instance, instead of learning Antidote, you learn Poisona. Also the soundtrack sounds close to the same, but the main battle theme as well as the boss theme sound a little weird to me. Another thing is i feel as though the encounter rate is higher, but i could just be imagening things there. The biggest change i have noticed after starting is now there is a dash button, just like in all the other GBA FF's. So even after you find/buy the sprint shoes, with the dash you move even faster. To some this might be nice, but i still like doing it the old fashion way without using it, and then sticking to the sprint shoes. Other than that it is very close to the game we have all learned to love but in the end i am going to have to prefer Final Fantasy 3 for my SNES over this GBA one.

It was pretty good. The song reminded me of Zelda WW with the violen. The flute at the beginning sounds like it went it bit out of pitch on the lower notes. Otherwise i liked the mix. Nice work.

I second that. Just have 4 more songs to beat on "Hard Rock" mode. I must have played that game for 5 hours stright only to find there was an even harder mode after sweatin'. Man was i happy that i could keep playing.

Fianl Fantasy Mystic Quest.

Yeah i have had the exact same scenario. I was forced to play piano as a kid and hated it. Now as i have become older i have been trying to get back into it, simply becuase i heard the amazing piano compostions here. I am not that bad, but still most of this stuff is out of my league. I have been looking though the internet to see if i can find dumbed-down versions of some of my favorite songs from classic games (ie. Most songs from Chrono Trigger, anything from Final Fantasy ect.) If anyone has a suggestion as to where i should look i would really apperciate it. Thanks guys.

Yeah it was amazing, chrono trigger is my favorite game of all time, and so i was real happy when everyone of the songs was avle to do the game justice. I could still recognize my favorite tunes, but then at the same time they had a new twist. All in all i loved it. Out of all the songs my personal favorite is a toss up between either track 2 or 3, but still all the others were great!

You can just hold the buttons down while she starts and it'll trigger at the right time, so you don't have to wait and try to time it right. Yeah well i was like 9 when did the fight so is was tough then...

wow, the intro really grabs your attention. Love it when that happens with songs, and the fact that in is orchestrated really made me happy. Almost right away i pictured the castle from SSBM and kicking ass there with Link. Amazing mix, this one is definatly going to the top of my playlist.

Amazing work. My favorite mixes of all time are any done by the panio. I love this one and it is one of my all time favorite mixes. Keep up the great work!

This mix is amazing. One of the very first that i got from OCR. Right after i heard it i went to go hear the orginal just to compare, and after the comparison it think that yours might be better than the origenal. Great work!

Yeah, i definatly liked this one a lot. The panio throughout the entire thing was awesome. It sounded so realistic. I was very impressed.

Wow, just starting off this mix i was thinking that i was honestlly gonna suck. Thank goodness i decided to listen more. It just got better and better. I was sceptical from the start because i never played mega man 6(the only one i never played). Amazingly enough i was still imrpressed with the song. Very well done and keep up the good work.

Yeah this mix was a really good one, i was very glad to find a panio mix on this song. I always thought it was just begging to be mixed ever since i heard it. Great work and keep the awesome tunes comming!

I have been downloading music off OCR for some time but just recentally did i become a member. I am very happy with the community, it is one of the few places i can talk about gaming and all that jazz, because most of my friends would just consider me a nerd if i talked like i do here with them. I mean i have a DS that is a little messed up (thats a different story) but i just am not sure if i want to drop $130 on something that is so similar to what i already have. Is it really going to end up being worth it in the end?

Battle system reminds me of Grandia. Looks like Chrono Trigger in a way. Count me in. Yeah it looks really fun, can't wait for a new game to play. Also has the DS lite come out in the US yet? If not when does it release?

It has probably been said, but The final boss of Tales of Destiny 2 sucked! Having to do that special attack right at the perfect time was totally rediculous.

I really like this song. I was listening to it well before i became a member. I was really excited when i heard it because it brought back so many great memories of the game. Also this remix is my favorite mix of the gerudo valley theme that i have yet to find on the internet. Great job!

Yes more Kirbys would always be a plus, or even some medinight. LT: Don't blame you for missing them, but we've got plenty of Kirbys taken, and 2 Metaknights. We don't need anymore.

I know it would be impossible, but if the entire Chrono Trigger cast was added then i would be able to die a very happy person. I would even settle for one or two characters, just as long as they had Frog. God Frog is such a badass.
