Well, I want people to choose tracks that they want to do - the exposure will be great for those on board. I am trying to get people to do a certain type of track though because nobody stepped up to the plate in choosing them willingly (excepting for various Zero/X vs. Zero tracks for the most part), so this is to give incentive. I'm not uncle moneybags, so I don't have THAT much money to give away freely - however, I feel like $200 with a $50 second place prize should be enough incentive to get someone excited about doing such a track.

I vote for something nicer than Friday's - I'm getting kinda tired of it .I'm sure Jill knows of some nice restaurants in Boston - give us a hand here! So I will buy my badge likely tonight or tomorrow - I decided since the iPad sounds so tempting, I'll spend the $ on PAX East instead so I don't go impulse buying it. I'm also going to look into booking a flight in the next month or so. Does anyone know anything about hotel arrangements for this, or hotels in the area? Also, is there a possibility of someone picking me up from the airport and/or easy way to get to the place where everything is happening from the airport?

I am tempted - still thinking about it.

So I have a nice little contest here for you guys - the Mega Man X Series project is in need of some boss tracks from various games of the series, and we're letting you guys take your pick! The style must be appropriate for the X games (i.e. no slow jazzy boss song). Medleys are allowed. The deadline for this is March 1, 2010 - decision will be by the MMX project crew in collective voting. Entries are submitted to me via PM, email, etc. The first place prize is $200, a physical copy of the OCR FF4 album and a guaranteed placement in the project. The second place prize is $100. The third place prize is $50. We will welcome all good tracks that comes out of this of course! May the best person win! Whoa nice pics

I'd like to see Pierre Thomas get a ring - just a few years ago he was the RB at my school (Illinois), starting even over Mendenhall, the future 1st round draft pick (current starter for the Steelers). Thomas went undrafted, so it's great to see him do so well in the pros despite that.

Bumping it up - there's still plenty of tracks to claim! On a sidenote, it's good to see that Danimal Cannon and The Dual Dragons are on board, except they've still yet to claim tracks!

Don't book so early - you're almost guaranteed to be paying more currently.

At the least, you can't say that the Jets didn't play hard though - they definitely came out strong that game. Also, I agree with the OT rules - I wish it was similar to college football in that both teams get to try, it was basically determined by the coin flip.

Standard fan art fare would fit the bill, i.e. like how the fan art for Samus generally is straightforward in depicting her stylistically.
