  1. Hm, to list some, there's Symphony X, Dream Theater, Time Requiem, Adagio, Magnitude Nine and to a certain degree Gordian Knot.
  2. I like the sound, although it took me a while to recognize the source tune.
  3. There is a FF4 remix project underway, I'm sure that track is covered there.
  4. Yeah, Kanthos and Yoozer really said it. Separating your job from your hobbies might be the best way to go.
  5. So I take it the only solution to this is to uninstall the patch?
  6. I haven't heard anything about the script, other than that it's loosely based on one of the games. What I can see in the trailer seems pretty nice though. As someone said before me, they've captured the gritty, cold and dark essence, and there's alot of potential from the games. I take it the angel-thingy will be a hallucination.
  7. I feared the worst when I saw the thread title. My hopes are with you, bLiNd. Get well soon, and live to be a true fighter!
  8. I find it hard to hear the lead tracks in the section 02:45 - 03:07. Also, I'm not sure, but something about the second lead there sounds off. Also, the track sounds like it's trying to end at 06:10, and I kind of lose interest when it drags out.
  9. Is it your primary drive? I mean, if it's the drive you've got your OS installed on, it might be tricky. Otherwise it should be no problem at all.
  10. This thread is very useful! I'm wondering a bit about the DAW_chart file though, are the sequencers that are listed as "compatible with XP" compatible with both the "regular" editions and 64-bit one(s)? I'm upgrading my computer and haven't thought about that issue until now.
  11. Happy 21st! I never would've believed you were younger than me.
  12. This is really sad indeed. George Carlin truly was excellent!
  13. Haha, at first I thought this was my thread being revived. In other words, I am all to familiar with the source track by now. I really like the way you've handled it here, but as SplinterOfChaos said it does feel a bit repetitive at length. There are more lead tracks to fetch themes from in the original, aren't there?
  14. Oh, I love the atmosphere in that second one! The rays of light and the statue, really nice.
  15. Oh, I've never really thought of the print option at DeviantArt, but I suppose it would do no harm at all And thanks for the compliment!
  16. I thank you for this thread, I absolutely love what I've seen so far of the series. A real shame there's no Region 2 version of the DVDs.
  17. No linking from this host? Anyways, have you tried browsing through the models on the Spector website?
  18. So, I finally took a picture I'm really proud of! There was a huge forest fire further uphill from where I live, and the sky that night was basically any photographer's dream. And a link to it on DeviantArt.
  19. Well, Skummel Maske means "sinister mask", and thus this picture fit perfectly.
  20. I hadn't heard of this show/band until I wikied it because of this thread. I really want to check it out further now. How are they doing a tour though? Are they using actors, or rather real musicians "filling out" for the cartoon characters?
  21. I didn't get further than to the consecutive battle rooms with whole eaters and bombs. I tried wielding the sword there for a bit, but I just couldn't get the hang of it.
  22. There, sent it in. Really, though. Film/TV spinoffs? Do gamers really care about those?
  23. This looks very impressive for a fan-made game, especially since it's made by just one person! I'll check it out properly when I get back home.
