It's not that you COULDN'T tag along. You very well, could, but you really wouldn't have much fun. The majority (if not all) of the casinos have a 21 and over age limit, and we'd be walking through and playing at enough of them. You'd probably be bored just walking around all week and chilling in the hotel room or hanging out at Gameworks. It's essentially up to you, though, dude!

Add Neko and I to the list, please! He's hoping he can get leave to be able to take the week off and go, but even if he can't, I'll go alone. Should be a great time! I'll be sure to get a wheelchair for the whole week, so I'm not ruining my feet, and it'll also be warmer than it was in December! Yay!

Heehee...we already have that aforementioned fighting game with that one soundtrack for the 360 already. Most of the PlayStation games they have for sale we already own on disk. I will take into consideration Burnout Paradise, though.

Nekofrog and I, too, were blessed by Bahamut and bustatunez and showered with PS3 gifts this Christmas. We're really in love with Blu-ray right now and the games we got are really great. Thing is, we also have $20 to spend at the PlayStation Store. What would any of you recommend we spend it on? Having no real PS3 experience at this point, except for seeing a few fleeting moments of "Flower" and "Shatter," we're unsure of what to get that won't be a waste. Throw out some suggestions, pretty please! We also have two controllers, so multiplayer would be cool, but that doesn't have to be a dealbreaker. Single-player stuff is fine, too.

Really funny thing. Nekofrog was just mentioning the other night that he's wanted to do something Sunset Riders related forever, so maybe it'll happen.

I've wanted this game for a long while now, and I've been more than excited about it. Now that we're hanging with Monobrow, it's kind of a given that we'll have to pick this up eventually. Should be fun! And honestly, after the disappointment of Homecoming and the ho-humness of Origins, I'm really glad to see that Climax seemingly got this one right. Took them long enough, I guess!

^ THIS I'm not lying when I say that Mono and starla are more excited than I am and they're not even the ones getting married. I'm just sitting back and letting shit happen. No stress! I'll let them be the frazzled bride in my place, I guess! They're doing a good job fussing and stuff. (You two are awesome!)

She's not an elf, she's a human rogue. You find her in Lotharin if you go into the tavern and talk around. She's got red hair and is kind of cute. Sten is in the same town. Just talk to everybody, I guess. That's what I did. Now that I know Morrigan doesn't want any of my female charms, I'm half-tempted to start over and get busy with Leliana instead.

I started playing this on Wednesday, and I must say, I'm kind of addicted at this point. Rolled a Dalish elf rogue and am having a lot of fun slicing shit to bits. I'm absolutely loving the story, and the voice acting, for once, isn't all that terrible. I'm not a big fan of the facial models they used for some of the characters. Way too much teeth. It was like this in Mass Effect, too. Seriously, do people just sit there and talk with their teeth all sticking out? Come on. The combat system is a bit wonky, also. I right-click to attack and end up moving my character somewhere else nearby. This is a serious pain in the ass, especially when I'm fighting alone in certain areas of the game. I'm also iffy on the combat presets. Sure, I set them, but they're not always followed, and that can totally fuck strategy. Otherwise, I can't stop playing it, and I'm liking what I've played so far. I probably won't bother with the DLC. As far as I know, it's three other sidequests, and to me, that's not worth paying for. I'm assuming the storyline is the same except during the origin parts, right? If so, I might not find it worthwhile to start another character later and do this all over again, but who knows.

This is awesome. I also had fun making that bumper today, even if it was totally ridiculous and we kind of all lost our trains of thought. Let me know if you ever want more. I'll brainstorm in advance next time.

Do you use a modem and router? Try powercycling them. Pull the power cord out of the back for ten seconds, plug back in, and see if that helps.

Now, as far as I'm aware, Toei is only being douchebags to people who download the HD eps of Shinken and W, so you should be safe to download the SD episodes from TV-N's tracker without any trouble.
