  1. We have our own plans regarding Reuben Kee and his remix for this project (which, if I'm not mistaken, is his last public contribution to this community as a whole). I can't reveal what it will entail quite yet but there will be no more "early release" tracks.
  2. The show is moving to Saturday nights at 6 PM. It will of course also remain downloadable. Can I get a mod edit on the Subject, please?
  3. NO! DAMN YOU ZIRCON! I just want to see that Cheetahmen 2 remix posted.
  4. I haven't talked to Reuben in a long time, and it was really only on a professional level, but he was a nice guy. Very saddening to hear this.
  5. Don't miss tonight's episode of Nitro Game Injection, for the Sonic Special Stage Show! We will have special guest Archie Sonic The Hedgehog comic writer Ian Flynn live, and playing a bunch of Sonic music in celebration of the recently released Sonic Rivals 2 and Mario & Sonic At the Olympic Games! Be there!
  6. That is not so much the series as it is one game in the series. No, we're not next. I'm not sure who is (probably either Doom 2 or RD which are currently the closest finished), but it's definitely not us. How far along are you guys, anyway?
  7. NGI now has it's own official website, found at http://www.kngi.org/. We plan on updating it as we release shows, along with exclusive written content not featured during eisodes, profiles of our guests, and a whole lot more. Check it out! Also, from Akumu, here's what's going on this weekend:
  8. Hahaha, amazing. "Mustin makes me feel good!"
  9. Forums are now at a new location: http://kngi.org/forum The Shoutbox also functions again! Yay!
  10. Nitro Game Injection episode 103 is now available for download here. (Playlist) This week we talked to Larry "Liontamer" Oji, reviewed Powerglove's "Metal Kombat for the Mortal Man" and the Power Up! compilation, and Akumu finally tells us the story of his most shameful video game purchase ever. Grab it for that and more! Also, if you missed 102 don't forget to pick it up here.
  11. BrainCells and goat both did Thunder Force 3 tracks. Unfortunately I can't actually find them right now...
  12. Myself and AkumuHau currently host the weekly Nitro Game Injection, which is a live radio show (with a recorded download available after) covering many facets of the game music community, including North American remix sites like OCR. Liontamer runs a blog that was formerly his radio show dedicated to the scene and may turn it into OCR's podcast, and OCR's previous podcast, VGDJ, is archived online.
  13. Track 15, bLiNd's Aerofunkinamics. As far as I know it's the only remix of it.
  14. If someone's gonna remix anything from Twisted Metal 2, it's gotta be fuckin' Holland. Or the Suicide Swamp theme from Jet Moto. Same song.
  15. Am I the only one who noticed that one of the Smash Target maps is shaped like Arizona? Of course I'm probably the only one who noticed or cares, especially since it's now OLD NEWS (OMG DEDEDE)... Just thought it interesting.
  16. YES YOU FUCKED IT ALL UP NOW WE WONT COME OUT FOR TWENTY YEARS ALL BECAUSE YOU DIDNT DO ONE SONG You didn't screw the project up. Nobody really has, except me. There has been times where I haven't been keeping tabs on everyone like I should have been, and that's essentially the main reason for any delays. Some people just work slower than others, anyway. There's still songs that aren't done, and I don't mean just the ones you were working on. That said, if you want to come back and finish Decisive...
  17. The bass is a huge driving point of the original. This track is an excellent example of taking the original and building amazing new complex parts on it. As far as instrumentation and style it doesn't deviate from the original that much (which is fine, since MS3 has probably the best music of the entire series, this track being one of the strongest), but it's built on very well. Nicely done, Prot.
  18. I really don't want to kick anyone out who has made (or is making) strong contributions to this thing. Lea and I don't plan on cutting anyone else unless they really show no progress or disappear.
  19. I think this is always on page 1, since the Site Projects forum is only 1 page (or is it 2 pages now?). But thank you. It may be a long ass time before this project comes out, since there are some other projects waiting in the wings that I'm pretty sure are more ahead of SoS and are going to come out first. All we can say is to keep being patient!
  20. THIS PROJECT SUCKS actually not really im just kidding
  21. A virus? Huh. Well either way, I lost that domain name some months ago, so removing any links to kylejcrb.com would probably be best.
  22. Wingless claimed to be doing a remix of this, eventually.
  23. I can understand your impatience. It's been over two years since this project was started, and I know it looks like we've slowed to a crawl. No one is more aware of this than I am, but there is more going on than meets the public eye. I guarantee when this project finally does drop, it'll be amazing. You'll see.
