Yeah but you're probably going to be hard pressed to find someone here who's looking to spend $800 on a huge set like that (especially from someone they don't know across the internet). Again, I'm not trying to be rude and I'm not trying to make it my business, but I'm confused why you'd want all that sitting around for longer if the reason you're trying to sell it is because you don't want pieces of it, well, sitting around.

It's copyrighted to you the second you create it, last I heard. It might be different elsewhere in the world, but I'm pretty sure thats how it works here.

I would suggest taking out all Mormon and Utah bashing text from here and anywhere you would be posting this. not only does it make you look immature but it's potentially bad PR for a band thats very close to making it somewhere and was not able to get the chance because an unauthorized figure (I'm guessing they didn't ask you post for them) was alienating other potential fans with his comments. I'm very sure no one here minds it, but its just bad PR in general. If you want to be the mouthpiece and help this band out, keep it simple and brief, post some videos if they have some (you gotta hear the band to support them afterall), and let their music do the talking. Keep on the positive, not the Mormon bashing.

I've never understood why people go to lengths to define genres and argue who represents what the best. I've never needed anything more than a tune I like and a name to associate it with, I can't see why anyone would ever need more than that.

As long as you keep your options outside of music open, your perspectives right and realistic and take nothing you get from this for granted, you should be ok. Music is one of the hardest careers to "succeed" in and I agree with JJT that the best thing to do is just jump in.

I rarely post like this and I hope I don't for some time to come, but this is such a douchebag move it s not even funny. I hope it didn't get that far anyway so those who signed up for it didn't waste a lot of time for usuch a shitty outcome.

I don't want to derail the thread but I don't see how this is a reasonable requirement to make of a community of hobbyists. A community of classically trained, experienced musicians maybe , but its a lot harder to do for some than others.

I can't get past that this is not about that at all since the universal response to any point you make is wildly negative where we have people with actual game/business experience here who refute your points and you just continue on knowing you aren't proving anything to anyone. I feel bad for laughing through this topic as i have. This man clearly has some very real problems and deficiencies and i find them hilarious.
