I almost fell off my chair when that violin pitch bend happened. It made me hyper-extend my neck and nearly fall. This seems pretty interesting, the choir has a lot of low end in it, and should be pushed more to the back. The violins should be more natural and less mechanical, as well as finding a way to not pitch bend it in a way that sounds totally digital and makes people hyper-extend their necks and almost fall out of their chairs. The low strings also seem to be taking up a lot of space. So at 1:57 when both are present, it's complete mud and overpowering. It's weird to go in a somewhat orchestrated direction for something that's already an orchestration, but there's some promise here, a lot of tweaking to go but you can do it.

I think you'll be listening to FF6 before this.

Reddit is a community for auto-erotic asphyxiation (and self-referential onanism). It's not a very nice place. I have an account and I could make a post there, but it's not an effective site for posting about the album at all. I also don't know what KVR is. There's a billion places we could post about the album so it might be a matter of saturating as many sites as we can to get exposure, but I don't know how effective that would be. We might need to get Mechstall ready for people to preview so we have something to show along with the kickstarter.

Yurp thanks Will, and if anyone is planning on making adjustments, please let me know. It's no problem at all to download a new WAV. I just don't want to assume anyone's doing anything when they totally are against it. So until I hear otherwise I'll assume people are not going to change anything, so let me know ASAP. Yar? I don't want to step on anyone's toes, that's the whole thing. edit: And just to repeat this, I am REALLY HAPPY with ALL of the songs, as they are, I think they are really strong and well made. I enjoy all of them. I don't think there are any that people would "pass over" except mine, so if you choose to adjust anything it'd just be to make things even better, which might be a good idea OCR-wise. I appreciate all of the hard work you guys have put in over the last 6 months.

I think this should be being evaluated in 2 months time. I remember when Rozovian wanted this to be 100% done LAST March but somehow this went on for another year... I ain't directing so it's not my call at all but as someone who's got 2 pretty nice songs on this (one of which I dedicated to the Japan tsunami victims) it'd be nice to see them out this decade. I thought that orchestration was going to be new when the project came out. Now it's old.

Sad news, I actually saw them live. They played a bit too long for comfort but were nevertheless awesome.

I personally wouldn't bother too much with bonus tracks, since they are counted in the eval towards whether or not the album will pass. If you're gonna include them, just make them part of the album (since essentially they are part of the album anyway!) No reason to call them bonus tracks.

Eh I don't remember Why you sending out so many PMs? Didn't this one cover it? Man I've been too restrained with my pming I guess. I mean... for FF3 at least. Maybe that's why our May 1st deadline didn't go so well, or maybe it's because YOU CAM OUT OF NOWHERE with the SAME deadline AFTER FF3 and started pming everyone once a week. Maybe people do the most annoying job to get it to be quiet.
