Just some advice about running the album project. If you're shooting for OCR you should be prepared for 2 things: running all of the WIPs past a judge, and having every artist do revisions on their songs after the judge say what is wrong. People should know in advance that you are making this a rule. It might encourage them to work harder and also make it seem like you are serious business.
