No, it is tremolo. I took viola and voice lessons and they are different. Tremolo means to literally tremble as opposed to vibratto which means to vibrate. You don't vibrate the hand, you tremble it. You don't make your chest tremble, you make it vibrate.

A stringed instrument where tremolo is used very often - the same technique used on guitars.

Use tricks learned in industrial: sample anything and everything and then distort the fuck out of them. Though, to have the more bizarre sounds, use electronic drums distorted supported with various industrial sounds (hums, clanks and thumping.) In black metal, only use distortion as a touch on the acoustic drums, not cranking it up. You want them to have clarity so you can actually make it out over the chugging guitars. The rhythms also use triplet-sixteenths for the blast beats.

Eurobeat is more closer to house than techno. Just nitpicking here. In fact it is more house than trance.

It's an extention of the idea of a pedal-keyboard MIDI controller, so it is not all that idiotic. It could lead to a new way of controlling more pedalle signals than what is offered by one or two foot-pedals.
