Oh god DusK, you've pulled it off xD While we're still on that SMD tangent, the past few episodes of the show had been looking for listener responses to an ongoing series of polls to help build up the Season Finale next week, as stated in the podcast. November's - the last one - just got unleashed at the end of the show. Those that enjoyed the album can state their personal favorites in there, as well as state how they felt over 10 other new releases that happened in the past few weeks. I suggest you give them ALL a chance and be as unbiased as possible. Thank you

Yeah, mine are easy to spot because you can't make international packages anonymous apparently. That, and my hand-to-wrapping-paper co-ordination generally sucks. Anyway, I thought my person for this year may be tough but I am actually making good progress atm. With the way this keeps up, it may even be shipped off sometime next week. And I know for sure Brandon Strader ISN'T my Secret Santa, because not long after the matchups were announced, he gifted me Retro City Rampage and Bit.Trip Runner on Steam. I have received a LOT of games from him over the course of the year; thank you man x)

Alright, if you missed the show yesterday (and no doubt some of you did ), it's all here! As well as playing through the album, let me sum up some of the most ridiculous things that happened there: * I fail to pronounce "Schizophrenic" right, to hilarious results. * When "Chips Out of Water" was being played, IRC members keep picking out instruments that weren't even there. * SAY YEEEEAH UH HUUUUH (you know what that refers to) * The Meme Bean Machine strikes again during "Time Traveller's Delight". * I butcher the raw Japanese text for the easter egg when going over the inspiration for "Yours Truly, Satan". * Nyan Cat made an appearance near the end to fit with the 'sugar and rainbows' feel of "The Future is Bright". * And every time I tried to imitate a sound effect (e.g. the high pass filter boost in the Modern Sonic titles) or tried to sing a song relevant to the situation (e.g. a hint of Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy" when going over "Forever in Your Mind"), the guys wanted to add the clip to a potential "Rexy Vocal SFX Mix" that they want to do. Oh god lol... Anyway, there you be! Grab at your own leisure

After the hassle that is tagging tonight's SEGA Mixer Drive podcast, I am certainly gonna be there today. If you're looking for more people to be in the talkback group, the door is open.

Eino got it right! The album will be played through this Friday, so if you somehow missed it on NGI, or need some time to digest it, or just want to enjoy the moment, come on in! So glad the album came through - ridiculous amounts of consistency all around too. This is so easily one for the record books

Nah, it's not really selfish - it's one of those moments that make you look back and think to yourself "I did GREAT on this thing! I am honored to do something for it!" and so forth. The first time my name came up in an OCR trailer was actually for the Link's Awakening project 3 years ago. Granted, that album is pretty dark, but the thrill to see something you worked on for a long time actually get unvieled to the public is one that you may never forget. Gar, you'll be going places before you know it

Brandon, due to the TMNT project deadline, I'm not gonna make this one. But I have seen the February timeframe, and I should hopefully have a LOT less on my plate to make that one

Okay, I'm going in! * I'm a girl so remember that if you're going for anything specific, though I'm not quite as girly as Amy so stuff like cosmetics and perfume are out of the window. I tend to invest my money more on gadgetry more than anything else. * Gaming-wise, I have a Wii / PSP / PS3 and all Nintendo handheld devices to date (obviously not counting the ill-fated Virtualboy xD). I generally prefer my games to be more cartoon-like in nature, though do remember that if you live anywhere other than Europe I can only import games for the original GB / GBC / GBA / original DS as well as the PSP and PS3. * I'm a big fan of PS1 platformers (they to me were my glory days in regards to gaming); it's become obviously evident that I am a HUGE fan of Crash Bandicoot in particular, though I also have fond memories of Spyro, Klonoa and Ape Escape as well. Be careful if you go for actual games involving them rather than other merchandise; last year Shaggy got me a dual cart with 2 games I already had (not like I minded ), so you may need a go-between if you aim in that direction. * Talking of Spyro, I've also been collecting the Skylanders figures as of late. I would prefer that if someone DOES go down this route, they would go for any individual characters currently available that I don't own atm, which... surprisingly isn't a lot; I don't have many of the new Cores introduced in Swap Force as of yet. It would help if you get in touch with me through Bahamut if you do go down that road. * I'm similarly open for some more ridiculous gift ideas, like some of the others have been stating. Though, be sure to keep the item clean (i.e. no NSFW stuff). * I also use the USA iTunes store as well as the UK one, so I'm open for gift cards too if you can't think of much else. * My current shirt size is Medium if you're buying from the states. In-country, it'll probably be a Large. * If in doubt, there's also my Steam Wishlist! * And finally my most notable IRC trait; throwing Mr. Saturns at people, which is pretty much my equivalent of a facepalm. (Amazingly, I haven't thrown any Mr. Saturns for some time.) Yep, most of it is copy-pasted from last year, but you get the picture

I'm all pumped too! Finally sent my track for it off to the judges too, so will be interesting to see how that would go down. Nevertheless, there seems to be so much consistency here - this thing is gonna be sweet when it comes out On an unrelated note, I have a feeling that when I'll play it all through on SEGA Mixer Drive, it'll be the longest show yet... xD

OH GOD YES there needs to be some Comix Zone. Another Genesis soundtrack that went ahead of its time. I don't know if anyone has done anything for OCR, but I am aware that Dr Manhattan covered the 1st stage theme in the Dwelling of Duels 3 years ago. Must be one of those tracks he didn't plan on sending here, but still, go take a listen

Well, the tech specs are lovely to take in and I definitely understand the argument. However, like all gaming generations, I'd rather wait for the games to start coming in before making a move. The previous two XBox generations didn't win me over exclusive-wise, so for me it's going to take some serious convincing to make a move on an XBox One especially considering the bad rep it has pre-release. But if fancy tech specs are grabbing other gamers' attention, then I can't argue with that.
