  1. Yeah, that's true. Uriah hit him with a lot of savage elbows and good'ol fashion punches which really is what gave him the upper hand. Choking him out was just the cherry on top since his opponent was a black belt in BJJ. Nice gouge to the pride.
  2. Yeah, that's right. They can tap-out though. The guy tapped out just in time in this fight. Just in time. lol He staggered pretty hard when he stood up, he was going to sleep for sure. It was a great fight, you guys should'a seen it.
  3. Any of you guys watch Uriah Faber fight tonight? That kid is a #$%@ing animal. Choked out a black belt Brazilian Juijitsu practitioner. After beating his face in pretty good. He's the freestyle/brawler type mean fucker Injin was warning some of you about.
  4. I think he's thinkin' more along the lines of snap their neck and stuff them in a locker.
  5. What Fenrir said. Ya' Joy-kill.
  6. If you move with enough power and you're vicious enough, it can work. I've seen it happen. Put that one guy in so much pain he lets loose a blood curdling scream of unmistakable defeat... It can send a tremor through the other assailants that might surprise you.
  7. As long as you're using your wits. That's all that matters.
  8. K, that all makes sense. Why are you quoting me though? That doesn't have a fucking thing to do with what I said. lol
  9. True, it did mention more than just the accuracy. The Ninja that was doing the tests was delivering hits to places on the chest with enough force that the surgeons said it would have been a one hit kill. I can't remember which style the Kung Fu was. The documentary is called 'Fight Science'. You especially would probably find it very interesting since you have a background with ninjitsu.
  10. Yeah, until I looked into it a little I was under the misconception that it wasn't a real fighting style, more a mythical/magical way of fighting. Many people do think that. If I remember right, National Geographic gave it the highest score and claimed it to be the most deadly art because of the Ninja's striking accuracy and balance. He was performing balancing exercises etc. that none of the others could perform. Kung Fu was the runner up for balance, and even it fell far behind.
  11. I've watched a lot of different studies on Bruce Lee, as well as read several short biographies and I never heard this. So that's actually very interesting to me, and doesn't surprise me at all. It's one of the intriguing things about Bruce Lee, he wasn't ashamed to fight dirty. Seeing him bite someone to get the advantage in a fight wouldn't surprise anyone who knew him, or has researched his philosophies.
  12. You think she's aggressive in this harmless thread; enter off topic, or worse PPR. She'll put the fear in you. She's been relatively docile, actually.
  13. The philosophies behind Jeet Kune Do are the most superior I think as far as winning a fight is concerned. It's the ultimate mixed martial art. The very open minded approach that every style has something to offer no matter how small. Bruce Lee really did purge a lot of techniques and styles to come up with a fighting rhythm that had little or no wasted movement. Everything from American boxing to various sword fighting stances. He study the many many approaches and eliminated the ones that had no true application in a real fight. National Geographic did a documentary study on several renowned fighting styles that was very interesting. Including ninjitsu. Despite what people may think, once you see what some of the people who claim to practice it can do, you'll conclude it is a very real way of fighting. The documentary is called 'Fight Science'. I think this group of people would find it very interesting. So if you haven't seen it, download it and watch it. Sorry, too lazy to provide a link.
  14. Actually I agree. I think it's very much overlooked and underrated. I've seen plenty of UFC and WEC fights where the tough farm boy won the trained tactician with brute strength and raw free fighting. Like you said, I wouldn't discredit either of them. p.s. again - But it's so disgusting.. It's...it's gross.
  15. But did you watch Megadave's youtube link? That seemed like "That perfect punch" to me. p.s. Injin this is off topic but the sig you had before this one you have now is far superior. Your new one sicks me out. It's not lady like at all.
  16. Damness... Where did he strike that guy? was that in the neck or the head. Either way, it did the job.
  17. This remix has just been growing on me over the past few months. I'd toss it on a playlist every now and then just to mix things up and ever time it would come I'd think to myself.. Wow this is a good arrangement, why don't I listen to it more? So now I do. Great work!
  18. If you don't have a choice then yes, of course it is.
  19. Paid leave from rigorous training, or because someone better than you is going to injure you and whoop up on you? Both? I've always been curious how the Army and Marine Corps train people to fight hand to hand, because you know they are going to cut all of the fat out of various fighting styles. They're only going to be interested in teaching the few moves that end a fight quickly and completely.
  20. So at level 4 the only person that can kick your ass is Chuck Norris?
  21. And just how many levels are there of this?
  22. The good kind. No. No. No. No. Rap sucks in my eyes. Yes. No. That's correct, I'm not that kid.
  23. If that is truly metal then I would have to stand corrected. Incidentally my older brother really enjoys both of those artists. And they don't bother me either, though neither of those songs would ever end up on my mp3 player. I've never considered that to be metal. I've voiced my opinion. Ok, I'll shut up now.
