You heard right my friend. -
I feel bad for not liking Ocarina of Time.

If it didn't jive with you that's fine, doesn't make you a pedophile. I for one thought it was a great game and played it from start to finish several times. -

Enjoy the fry sauce not found elsewhere in the country. Don't bother with the beer. -
It's surprising how many people I've heard say this. Also people are allowed to keep them too long. Some of the scariest moments I've experienced while I was driving myself involved senior citizens. They aren't all bad, but the more part of them are very un-aware of the vehicles around them.

I've driven past many car wrecks and seen the awful results of carelessness on the road. Like DJp said, statistically; driving is more dangerous than many extreme sports, etc. I know what it's like to drive past a wreck scene and see people still in the car bleeding everywhere. Knocked lifeless with the paramedics and police officers trying however they can to get them from the vehicle. Unsure if they're even alive. It does leave you with a very erie feeling. Just makes you want to go sit down and think about life. I've never seen or been involved in a car accident/wreck as intense as this though. Like before mentioned, nothing you could do about it bro.

OCR01568 - Earthworm Jim "Acrophobia"
Flare4War replied to djpretzel's topic in ReMix Reviews & Comments
I've been enjoying this remix on my playlist for sometime now so I felt obligated to get in here and comment on it. Basically I think it kicks alot of ass. All of it. I had it cranked up loud in my bed room and my older brother heard it. He popped his head in my room and asked what it was. I told him and he told me to copy it onto the network drive so he could access it. He's not into the remixes like I am but something about it nicked him right, he really liked it. Afterwards he asked me if OCR has any other cool songs like that. "Of course!", I replied. So job well done. Not only did you make an excellent remix of Earthworm Jim, but you converted someone. -
I just remember this game having an incredible sound track, from beginning to end. Especially the final castle theme. Someone make my day.

The video proves all, it's rather insane. -
OCR01643 - Seiken Densetsu 3 "Obsessión Nocturnal"

I really like this mix. Very fast paced. One of those mixes that makes you want to drive too fast. Great job. -
OCR00927 - Wild Arms "Not Alone in the World"
Flare4War replied to djpretzel's topic in ReMix Reviews & Comments
Very beautifully done. If you haven't played WildArms you'll still love this arrangement. If you have played WildArms it will mean even more to you. It will make you nostalgic. -
OCR01640 - Final Fantasy VII "Lunatic Moon"
Flare4War replied to djpretzel's topic in ReMix Reviews & Comments
Definitely one of the more chaotic, aggressive mixes from zircon. I like it. It's hard to pull of these rambunctious dirty guitar remixes off and maintain a pleasing melody. Before this I thought Waste Water Wipe out was Zircon's style living on the wild side but this is much much heavier. Very well done. -
OCR01641 - Chrono Chross "Who Stole My Stars"

This is very nice. The piano work sounds great. This is something that would make great ambient music. Set a nice mood for chillin'. -
Excellent interpretation of this track. Djp has always done an incredible job on guitar arrangements. This has a very live feel to it and does great if you have it turned up loud with intent to Jam or have it as ambient music while you chill with a beer and hang out with friends. It reminded me of something you would hear in one of those Java shops that plays live music. Super cool, keep'em coming. I just listened to it twice turned up a bit on a pair Sennheiser HD 590 headphones.(very detailed) I didn't notice any strange burst in the volume tiny or large. Your equipment must be failing you.

Que up Cryptic Marble(by DistantJ), Euroclub95 (by Rayza), Collision (by Stephen Malcolm), and Still In Your Marble Zone (by Diggi Dis) and be satisfied. I know I was/am.

At 812 pages I'm not going to back track to see what's been said and what hasn't. I'm sure this has been long since talked about. (geez what a long thread) Anyways, I work so I don't hear as much about video games as I used to, but I am a huge fan of SSB:M and I just found out Sonic was going to be included as one of the brawlers. I thought that was pretty fuggin' tight.

OCR01548 - Pictionary "Person, Place or Groove?"
Flare4War replied to djpretzel's topic in ReMix Reviews & Comments
This arrangement is so groovy. The beat just keeps you tapping your foot and the the rest is piano a'la melody that will keep your attention every loop. Outstanding piano remix. -
OCR01478 - Ghouls'n Ghosts (C64) "Poltergeist Mix"
Flare4War replied to djpretzel's topic in ReMix Reviews & Comments
I was taken by this arrangement in the first moment I began listening. It captivated me and kept me interested, but that's not what makes it a 5 star remix - the thing I love about it the most is that the more I listen to it the more I enjoy it. Usually when remixes start out like this one does you expect they'll be a little cheesy. Let me say that was not the case here. There's no foreplay in the intro, Binster goes straight to work and doesn't slacken his hand until the job has been very well done. My Sennheiser 590's were kissing me in the ears from start to finish. An absolute phenomenal job. I think I can say with propriety that this is one of my favorite arrangements to date. Again, great work. -

When I saw Disco Dan up on the bulletin I had to check my calender to see if it was April. This guy said it best. Sound effects helped establish the feeling of the track really well. Great work. -
Yes..you're also right! Amelie had a great soundtrack.
-
Ahh yes you're right. I forgot Dragonheart in my original post.

I'm a very enthusiastic fan of both zircon and pixietricks. Zircon did what zircon does. This arrangement just has awesome dynamic all the way around. Hearing pixie's voice again made me cue up Lover Reef afterwards. As always you've both done a remarkable job. No quarrels with this one. We're beggin' for more. Thanks again. -
