  1. As with other Suzumebachi arrangements this one comes with unparalleled fidelity. Compliments on the sound quality of your always good remixes. The track in and of itself is just that; good. The piano is like ice tea on a hot day, crisp and soothing. It's very chill and very inviting. I think it says, "Hit replay.". Excellent work.
  2. This is truly a brilliant arrangment because it took an original track that is quite repetitive and just makes a guy want to listen on. I will compliment you by saying it almost has a Black Wind Rising feel to it at times. (an arrangment so good it makes your heart skip at times) The intro reminded me of one of the scores from the motion picture soundtrack of Broken Arrow. (music by Hans Zimmer) My only complaint is the always-there rasp in the background. I think there was parts of the song where it added to the theme and yet at other parts I wished it would go away so I could hear the main track more vividly. Less would have been more concerning that in my opinion. All in all, excellent track. Keep'em coming mate.
  3. Pixie your voice is transcendent. This is the kind of vocal work that I think will take OCR to the next level. I do think the drum line was just a little too loud, but the fact that it's there and the rhythm are both excellent. It just seemed like it was competing with your voice a little. Great job. I'll be listening to this one many times to come.
  4. Excellent work. Flows very nicely. The piano solo that goes from 1:00 to 1:22 had enough prestige it reminded me of Zircon's work. I'm sure you know to take that as a compliment. I would have loved to hear more piano solo. Great style OA. Keep'em coming for us.
  5. Very creative, very cool. I like how it isn't too linear, stays interesting from start to finish. Great work.
  6. If you play Ninja Gaiden Black on hard mode Alma is incredibly difficult. But because she doesn't fight the same everytime you try it makes it possible. Near as I can tell you just have to keep trying till she lets you win. Get lucky. Then again.... I probably just suck. There's alot of strategy to that game. lol
  7. Still lovin' it and as others have mentioned the replay of this arrangment is incredible. Masterpiece.
  8. Very chill. It just grooves well from start to finish. Some parts of the song remind me alitte of music you would hear from a sonic theme. Definitely worth mentioning that at 3:29 the piano groovin' just starts kicking ass and taking names, luck for all of us the background beat isn't a whit behind. I'd say this is now one of my favorite SF remixes. Excellent work.
  9. This is my favorite F-Zero track to begin with and what an awesome piano arrangment. Incredible. This deserves more attention.
  10. It does remind me alot of the score from Disney's Pocahontus. Very chill. Excellent work.
  11. This is an excellent arrangment. Phenomenal considering the track. Two thumbs up. I won't fail to mention Zircon's consistently spectacular work. We're always anticipating patiently your next release. Good job.
  12. Never did figure out how to win the last boss in Silver on the PC, I imagine it was something ridiculously simple.
  13. Strongly disagree with your take on the ending. I thought/think the ending is incredible and it's always been my favorite part. To each his own, no worries. At anyrate, saw this mix up on the board and thought I'd drop in and see what the more recent reviewers thought. Still an all time greatest in my opinion.
  14. I agree with this. The track for some reason was really enjoyable and I'm not a fan of the vocal arrangments at all. I also agree with the many that have said it is too short. Also I don't agreed with the D-Lux part. The part with D-Lux is too 'Real McCoy'ish'. (as it has been before mentioned) lol I think the aspect was creative but would have sounded infinitely better if it had been Pixie's voice in a whisper....or something to that effect. Once again however, great job guys.
  15. Ordinarily I dislike the vocal arrangments posted on OC Remix but this time it wasn't the case. I won't be ridiculous and say that Pixie's voice didn't out class Shonen's, however; they both did well and I think the remix had considereable replay. I for one wanted to hear it again the moment it ended. Who can dispute?
  16. Want to say again how much I like this. Thank you Zircon for the instrumental.
  17. I dare say it's my favorite vocal arrangement. Both voices sound excellent. Female voice sounds beautiful and the male voice sounds like the lead singer from Simple Plan. I do agree with Hamp especially concerning the piano solo. I was hungry for more. I think high quality vocal mixes like this one are what could take this genre to the next level. Very well done.
  18. I never commented on this remix though I've been listening to it alot since it was released. I just wanted to comment on how much I like it. There's just something for everyone in this one. Usually I don't like that dirty guitar sound but in this one it really sets up well for the piano. Very creative work.
  19. Incredible take on Zeal. By far my favorite Zeal arrangment. Phenomenal work.
  20. I have to agree with many of the others.. I just keep replaying the song. It's great. It reminds me alot of Secret Garden. Very very elegant. Great work.
  21. The synth jamfests that come in to play at around 1:30 and 3:30 are incredible. The entire mix is excellent but those are my favorite parts.
  22. Unique mix. It turned out alot more intricate then I thought it would in the beginning. Nice tune, and nice job.
