All these things are correct. I want to end with PokerusVGM's cover, because it's a nice calming guitar song. And there's something about "going to a new land" that kinda ties into him passing... The back cover looks awesome, Odai. Nicely done.

Agreed. Fire Red and Leaf Green are far superior in every way to Red and Blue. They look better, they sound better, they play better, more content, everything.

Not to mention that, supposedly (I never owned Yellow) you can't find any Pikachu in Virdian Forest, nor any Raichu. Combined with the fact that you can not use a Thunderstone on your Pikachu, you can not obtain a Raichu without trading. So... you know, minor thing.

Weeeelll... October 15th as a deadline was mostly to jsut make sure we had the most important part of the album done first: the remixes. It wasn't reaaaaaally a hard deadline, so I guess it's not so bad. We still got a few weeks, so it's the best kind of on time: technically on time. Thanks, Brandon. I would say no version is better or worse than the other. If you want a Pikachu to follow you around, and get Squirtle, Charmander and Bulbasaur without trading, Yellow is the answer. If you want the original experience, Red or Blue.

You could only transfer to Gold, Silver and Crystal originally. Anything from Ruby and Sapphire and on was a different system for not only stats but also storage in the game, making them pretty much incompatible with older games. It simply wasn't feasible at the time to make some sort of conversion system. Though, I have heard of someone using some very specific custom hardware to emulate hardware and then use some self-made conversion software to allow trading from GSC to the GBA games... but that's just far too much work for something like that. I doubt Nintendo will do so now, seeing how there would only be the DS and 3DS games, and those are still playable and transferable to current games. So there isn't really any point to transfer and convert something from Gen 1 to gen 4, skipping two whole iterations altogether.

So, if you watched the November 12th, 2015 Nintendo Direct, they dropped some serious bombs for 2016. Stuff like Cloud from FF7 in Smash Bros, and, oh, something about MOTHERFUCKING POKEMON RED AND BLUE AND YELLOW ON 3DS!! Not remakes, but the actual old Game Boy games, on the Virtual Console. It will be out world-wide for February 27, 2016, which is the 20th anniversary of the release date for the firs Pokémon game back in 1996! The VC versions will keep the game identical to the originals, but will use the 3DS wireless system to allow for battling and trading. That means you should still be able to get 99 Rare Candies and then go catch Missingno.

I'm not really into either FF7 or Smash Bros, and even I found that reveal pretty fucking cool.

Well, say what you will about games on kickstarter, this is a good sign right there. They may not be Liam Neeson or Patrick Stewart, but they known voice actors with some serious credit behind them. You may remember Dante Basco as Prince Zuko from Avatar: The Last Airbender and Legend of Korra. Not to mention about a hundred or so other roles over the years. Ashly Burch as Tiny Tina, one of the most popular and memorable characters from the Borderlands series, Sasha in the english dub of Attack on Titan, and about three dozen other roles over the last few years. You know her voice, even if you aren't aware of it. So this kickstarter at least has something going for it...

NO ONE COLOR Themysteriousassassin IMPRESSED! It stains really easily and is impossible to get out. We would have to throw him out and get a new one, it's just easier that way. Cover progress is coming along nicely. Brandon, what is the progress on your remix?
