so, remember how my psp was stolen, and so stevo bought me a new one as a wedding/birthday gift? well, the stolen psp was recovered (not the one that stevo bought me). so it's for sale. psp 2000 and charger, no case or anything. make an offer. oh, and it's hacked - 3.71-m33 firmware.

yeah, for a while. the dude who got the 2000 found an exploit through a phantasy star game, i believe.

epo was it. i'll call escariot tomorrow or something. -
most computers won't even be able to handle it anyways. you've gotta have a vt-capable cpu, and only certain cpus are actually able to handle it - check your system specs. it's gotta allow for 'virtualization technology'. it's not as big a deal as people make it out to be. your performance in xp will suck due to the simple nature that you're running two OSes at the same time.

put them on youtube, link them in community. that's probably the best way to do it. most people don't do video because it comes out looking like a 12-year-old kid with too much time on their hands, so this hasn't been a big thing before.

actually, taucer took those lyrics directly from the song itself. and, as i'm sure you know, the lyrics aren't written by Tin, they're the Lord's Prayer. been working out the kinks in singing it for centuries. sorry it wasn't epic enough -

i really hope they roll with an ffxii-style battle system, which was so clearly influenced by other mmos. the 'whos working on the games' is interesting. you've got a producer who worked on the original games (not a fan, personally) and 9, which i really disliked, the director from ix, the art head from the least attractive/innovative of modern ff games, and then music jesus man himself. it could turn out awesome, or cookie-cutter. we'll see. -
he was a weird guy. you never know. was there semen found at the scene?

this happens because of the cord being in the right ear and then being continued to the left. you yank on the cord, your right ear is the one that takes the brunt of the blow, not the left.

i really think that neil voss needs to do the sound for this. -
if you read anything in this thread, you'd know that some of those versions were for other countries, or for pre-built pcs from specific manufacturers, or designed for HTPCs, or specifically set up for business use. which leaves two versions - pro and ultimate. edit: just figured i'd spell it out. i know he was making a (bad) funny.

i haven't heard from miku or monobrow in months. can't keep clogging those tracks if they're not going to do anything with it. i'm going to try and find someone to re-record miku's track (it's actually not that bad, but i'd prefer a high-fidelity recording), if he's ok with it. can't seem to get ahold of him, but since he ok'd us using it a while back i think it won't be a big deal. i'm going over some of the tracks to see if there's some deadwood we can trim off. so many of these tracks are similar... edit: does anyone have mp3 tracks of each track? i know we had them at some point. dunno if that was something aeth had or what. -
Left 4 Dead 2 - now $6.80 on Steam!

a recent system that can't handle a new game wasn't a good system. that simple. i've had my current system - which is a baseline that i build others off of - for over a year and it's still kicking ass and taking names in all the newest games. so that argument doesn't apply as much. plus no one i sell to is stupid enough to actually buy the 700$ graphics card when it'll be 350$ next month anyways. i guess that i should point to halo 2 in this regard. everyone was pissed when h3 was announced solely for the 360 and not for the original xbox as well. people wanted more maps for h2, wanted more content, blah blah blah. except that h2 still has a great community of players online who play often. just like l4d will. -

i'm missing something here. isn't l4d constantly on sale on steam for half price - like, once every other month? and people actually purchased valve games for full price? what the hell is wrong with these people? they put bioshock on sale for 5$ a few months back. FIVE DOLLARS. for BIOSHOCK, probably the most innovative (on the story and art side) game this generation...and it was only a year after launch, around the time that ps3 got it. and you paid 50$ for a game - after launch, mind you - by this same company? no wonder you're pissed. you're incredibly stupid. edit: oh, i get it. you people were stupid enough to buy the console version of any game by any company over the pc version. pc versions - particularly for multiplayer-only stuff like tf2 and l4d - rock console versions up the anus in terms of content and not having to pay for stuff. not to mention the mod community. -
this looks pretty cool. if i get a job at gamecrazy, i might have to actually get a ps3 now.
