LuketheXjesse
As I mentioned awhile back, I have a good string of used videogame stores in my area. I've recently seen Megaman 2 (NES) for $10 and Megaman 4 & 6 (NES) and X1 (SNES) for $15 each. I saw X2 (SNES) for $35, but I don't know if you're willing to spring for that. I can buy and send these to you if you want; say $5 shipping + any games. Nah, I got 2, 4, and X1 and 6 and X2 I don't really need. Thanks though

Ferret
I still play my gamecube so I'm not selling it just yet (not that there's demand for it anyway) but I am putting my 30 gig iPod video (2005 model) and the wireless headphones I bought as an accessory later up for sale. Would like $220 for the whole package but I'll take what I can get. They're both in pretty good condition so they work just fine. No spam, please. I'd like to think we're better than craigslist in that regard.
cobaltstarfire
I've got a Los Angeles era Benge Bb trumpet I'd like to sell. Serial Number is 43017 No mouth piece, it's been cleaned, silver lacquered, little to no dings or dents, comes with the original case, snake, cheeserags, Music Stand, and cup mute Trumpet alone is priced at $700+Shipping $740+shipping with Stand, and mute ($20 each). Cup Mute is a Humes & Berg Music stand is a solid black one that can come apart (not a wire stand). Benge trumpets are good professional quality trumpets, that are often picked up by college/highschool students (because they are far cheaper than professional Bach's for example). I have had difficulty selling this instrument, because it's not a Bach. I'm hoping that a community of music lovers/creators aren't as blinded by name brand recognition as the general masses are while looking for instruments. prophetik music
benge are good trumpets for a student or someone not playing professionally. a friend of mine picked it up as a secondary (he's a band director now), and loved it. would you sell the stand seperately? for how much? Yes, I will sell the stand separately, just let me get back in touch with my dad to make sure he can find it. I've heard lots of professionals like to use Benges as their practice horns, and for Jazz type stuff. Most the time students use them though. (I'd still plug it as a better than average student horn really).
prophetik music
ok. get back to me when you've found the stand with some pricing and shipping info to NY.

jmr
edit: found one. I'm thinking about doing some 'field recordings', so I'm looking for a small, relatively inexpensive device capable of recording from either a line in or external microphone. I've been leaning towards either a minidisc recorder or an iriver H1x0 mp3 player, but I'm open to anything that'll allow me to record from a line in / ext. mic source with decent quality. I want to be able to record to WAV or some other lossless format, but it's not an absolute requirement. So, in short: small 'field' recorder with line in / ext mic (see post) [jmr]
prophetik music
i'd recommend the zoom h2. you can get an academic discount on it that's pretty solid, and it's all based off of sd cards. it records lossless or lossy, too, so you can pick. just a suggestion. edit: updated the OP and fixed the name. you don't manage the thread, mods, so please don't 'correct my spelling' or whatever that was. minimodding = bad. jmr
academic discountPlease elaborate. I've tried googling 'zoom h2 academic discount', and the only site that comes up lists it for $199.95, whereas amazon lists it for $148.80. Neither of those sites have the H2 on their Canadian equivalents, so either way I'm out of luck.
prophetik music
oh, the academic superstore occasionally puts it on sale for about 130$ or so. it's apparently not on sale currently.
jmr
I stopped by a local second-hand store today and found a used H2 for a decent price, so I guess you can remove my listing. Thanks for the recommendation.
