Clefairy Posted September 15, 2011 Posted September 15, 2011 How do you unlock the two hidden chars? Megaman is unlocked by beating Arcade Mode with all 4 regular characters. Vaporeon apparently appears at random in Saffron City. Get the KO and you unlock it. Names whited out for spoilery folk. Quote
