You won't have to worry about it - you're not eligible for this compo, as DS put a 'remixers only' restriction this time due to Capcom's desire to use the tracks for promotional purposes.

Sorry, you'll have to wait for the next compo (which is the Sonic one, I suppose).

If we don't get two more people before tomorrow I will run the draft and set up the first bracket for its mixing stage and see if we can get two more people to sign up during the course of next week. Those people will have to choose a theme not already covered by any other participants.
