KyleJCrb Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 It's up over 26,000. If it doesn't come out by Friday, I'll be amazed.
Arrow Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Destructoid did a post about this too, which may account for some of those sudden 300.
Level 99 Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 http://www.destructoid.com/save-the-music-stop-sigma-now--223800.phtml baaahahahahaha I love how this is written.
Chernabogue Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 I'm not against the big Facebook idea but I feel it is a bit some kind of forced advertisment for the album. Not really a fan of the concept, but looking forward the album though.
Omni-Psyence Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 There's nothing being forced upon anyone here, to be quite honest. Larry made a pretty good post on that topic right here.
Lanodantheon Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 26,630 and counting. Alllll riiiiggghhhttt. *Head bob* Keep it up community!
GravitySuitCollector Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Personally, I think that if people are interested in what OCR has, they'll find out about it themselves. A campaign on facebook may get you "likes," but I don't think it will help the image of OCR at all. Well, I am looking forward to the album. Edit: I know what it reminds me of: those annoying youtubers that are like, "suscribe to my channel, lol!"
Omni-Psyence Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 It will help spread awareness to those who don't necessarily visit OCR or even know what the site is all about. It's not a huge stretch of imagination to think that of those 2,000 new likes, a substantial percent could potentially be converted into new fans. It isn't really about getting OCR more "likes" as much as it helping promote the hard work of the people involved in the project, which I believe any sane person would say is the least that can be done.

Brandon Strader Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 "suscribe to my channel, lol!"
