That much sugar will probably be spiking your metabolism all day and together with that few calories it may enter starvation/fat retention mode, which is clearly not what you want. What fruits are you eating? I might suggest changing some. Maybe berries rather than apples, bananas rather than oranges, and so on. Also, I'm here in the fitness center at the hotel.
