nOkbient Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 I'm worried. Video game movies have never been very good, and R&C is one of my favorite game franchises. This could be either very good, or very bad... It kind of sounds to me like Insomniac is running low on ideas, or is just milking the game as much as they can before it's a shrivled up shell. If they'd made more games how they were SUPPOSED to be, and not that multiplayer/tower defence bullshit, I might be a bit more excited about this. They've gotten too carried away with this series though... Quote

The trailer was good and funny, but it's almost like they haven't started yet and it's going to be very easy for it to just fall off the production line. Quote

Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 I feel the exact same way about this as I do for the "Uncle Ruckus" movie (Boondocks)... as in, this looks okay, but I'd rather have them just focus on the main series rather than branching out into [unnecessary] film territory. hopes are low as shit. Modus Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 This is the only Sony franchise I admire at all, and I think Sony senses the fanbase magic and wants to push R&C into Mario and Sonic-level notoriety. Hope it works too, because R&C does kind of deserve that level of attention. Quote
