  2. It's finally going to start soon. I don't care which team I'm on but would like to join this competition before it's too late.
  3. Been doing work with this on repeat. Love the mood you set with this song.

  7. Happy to see this on the front page!
  8. Tales of Symphonia - Struggle to Survive Remix | Astroverse Dimensions
  9. I've heard quite a few variations on this theme over the 20 some odd years I've perused this site, and this is definitely a top notch variation! Love the instrument choice and execution. The one crazy mutation in the middle was a bit off-putting, but I suppose that's the point in Dancing Mad. Anyway I'd also like to thank jnwake specifically from this track for all the collaborations I've observed you in. Artists like you keep this site alive with new music, I feel like as I've been working my way backwards from the newest music back to the very beginning I am frequently seeing your name on the tracks on the first couple pages, so that's awesome for OCR and listeners like me.
  10. Perfect melody while I am studying my piano technicians book.. Soothes the brain like a cool ocean breeze. Wonderful.

  12. Fantastic remix, title is great, fits exactly how the theme feels, like being in some trippy underwater zone.

  14. I recently listened to a really beautiful remix of the NES game The Guardian Legend: I think I've seen one of the remixers, Souperion, here on OC Remix somewhere before.
  15. Legit what I thought when I first heard it today! My dad made sure that I grew up on the Sqatsi trilogy.
  16. I always find this one so very impressive; I always dreaded that track coming on from the original soundtrack I had burnt to CD, so I was mesmerised the first time I had heard this arrange, and I so clearly recognised 'Oh, my, it's THAT track! It sounds so good!' - I think it's been a huge inspiration to me, the skill it takes to keep the heart of the track in that it is so instantly recognisable, whilst creating something unique and new which sounds so very good to the ears! It's been a mainstay in my music rotation ever since, and I can't help but keep showing it to half of the people I meet.
  17. @ArikXu_Hugo That is perfectly fine! Just let me know when you get to it and update me on the results / your progress! Original songs are more than welcome here. ♡

  19. What a jam, not only classic doom vibes, but classic C&C vibes with that "waah" echo!
  20. The track is really great but that bass at the beginning just comes through the speakers so perfect...that is all!
  21. Might have to change my original plans to an original song. Can't really find the motivation to transcribe notes at the moment. Will update if other things happen.

    Haunted House Party

I just noticed most of these are remixes of "Vampire Killer" 😂 I guess I should have named this 8Track "Dracula's Haunted House Party"🧛‍♂️
  23. This is a selection of remixes from my Halloween playlists that always make me want to dance! "Don't hold back... the music! Get up, let it move ya!"

  25. It's the Orange Tree Samples Passion Flute.
  26. Even though it's a completely different song, this makes me feel like a more uplifting version of "Learning to Fly" by Pink Floyd. Really beautiful stuff, wish I could have had this to listen to on my trip to Italy a few months ago!
  27. Apologies if this is off topic I will say my piece on the track in due time, is this a new release from Joshua Morse, or this is a submission from 2010 that was re-released? I don't understand. EDIT: Ok, I think I understand, Josh submitted in 2010, and it was approved, and set to release now? WOW, thats so cool! I hope Josh didn't mind haha. I am a huge fan of Josh's remixes and this has all the ingredients for the best kind of ocr cake: Jazzy grooves, smooth synths, beautiful goosebump transitions. That banjo could have sent me either way: swamps of mississippi or western gunslinger. Overall love this, and tickled by this concept of delayed classics(if I am understanding correctly!).
  28. Ah I didn't know how/what to describe here, but that's the only thing in the mix that just doesn't work for me, if I could isolate that out, love everything else, got a nice bouncy beat and fantastic quality, especially given the year of release!
