Ya, I dled this a while ago. I like it, finish. Seriously, I like what you did with the source. Great interpretation, love when it goes into major. My only gripe is I'm not hearing too much interpretation on the melody. Maybe vary it a few times?

It's not really a translation that they're looking for exactly, it's more like making a translation fit so that it can be sung. If you look at the first line, there's no way that can be sung and sound good. It's not terribly hard to do, but trying to stay close to the original words (or translation) and get good emphasis on the right words makes it more difficult.

What about unreleased tracks? I know there is at least one ReMix of Singing Mountain from CT on the site, and it was never used in game.

The stuff you said sounds good. They seem like they would be pretty unobtrusive at that point, and even if they were a bit, having text ads only will alleviate that. I'm for it.

I've definately got the FF victory fanfare on there. Surprisingly, while browsing ringtones on the verison paid ones I found the opening to Samurai Pizza Cats, which I had to get. I'm going to have to switch back to that one soon. Some people here have definately given me some good ideas though, so I'm going to have to fool around with my phone some more.

I really enjoyed the original track, and I'm loving AS's mix. So far I've listened to it about 5 times. The one thing that gets to me is the last note. The dip bugs me! Kudos and great job.

My work is having a dress up day. I'm going to use my Squall cosplay and modify it to be a rock-star. Red spikey hair, make-up, etc. I need a guitar hero guitar though. Or something.

Thanks for all the advice, everyone. I'm doing everything I can that was mentioned. We've ordered a megaphone, and I'm trying (man it's hard) to raise my voice when I talk. Fluids I've got covered, and apple juice was promptly aquired. I'm working on drinking tea with lemon and honey, but blegh Pixietricks, I know the basics of the difference between chest and head voice, though I wasn't really shown, so I'm not entirely sure of what's what. I know singing (the higher range) is going to get a resonance in the head, compared to the low notes. The changeover is around D, isn't it? Hopefully these preventative measures will help. Right now it's not too bad, and if it doesn't get any worse I can be happy with that. Once marching season is over, if nothing else, things will get better.
